Turkish Basketball Super League deserve their own thread.

In recent years, three teams have been competing. Fenerbahçe Beko (ex/Ülker), Anadolu Efes and Beşiktaş are fighting to become champions. Other teams don't stand much of a chance in this league. Euroleague teams have very high budgets, which is why they are always ahead. They spend a lot of money to stay at the top. Beşiktaş is also trying to compete with them on a low budget.

Which team do you think will win the championship this season?

I will give little bump for your topic. As someone who loves basketball, I follow Turkish league for sure, IMO it's 2nd best league in Europe after ACB.
I will be boring and won't say nothing newvthat in the end most likely we will have fight between Efes and Fenerbahche. Besiktas is good, but they can't compete with Euroleague teams.. And it won't be nothing surprising if in Top 4 we will see clubs from Istanbul only.

You're right that Fenerbahçe Beko and Anadolu Efes are the clear favorites. Beşiktaş is also doing well in reaching the finals, but they don't have the strength to win the cup. Maybe this season we'll see a different scenario and Beşiktaş will win the cup.

Apart from them, Bahçeşehir Koleji started the season well. Türk Telekom, on the other hand, is performing well in Europe but keeps losing in the Super League. Everything will become clear after the play-off standings, but for now we can already see that four teams stand out from the rest.

Turkey has one of the best basketball leagues in the world. You can watch basketball at a much higher quality level than many European countries; many of the players here are NBA-caliber and among the best in European basketball. Besides, there's no other Euroleague with two teams capable of making the Final Four. While it's quite easy to predict which team will win the championship in other leagues, here you'll always see the most competitive matches.

Beşiktaş has started off very well this season. They have a great coach, and despite not having a huge budget, they're playing very well. Let's see if they can maintain this level of performance until the end of the season

Beşiktaş started the season with 6 in 6 for the first time in 44 years. They beat Yukatel Merkezefendi very comfortably away from home. Next week they will play with Anadolu Efes. That will be the real test. Efes also started with 5 out of 5. This season Fenerbahçe and Anadolu Efes are getting unexpected results in the Euroleague. If this is reflected in the league, Beşiktaş can come from behind and maybe win a championship. Of course, things might be different at the end of the season, so we shouldn't speak too soon. But Beşiktaş has been the most impressive team to start with this season.
