The best advantage Bitcoin has over fiat for me is the control over assets unlike the bank that restricts some activities and monitors transactions as well. Bitcoin's decentralized network structure is what makes it more preferable and protected to use than regular fiat currency.

Inflation can be controlled by the government which makes it even more risky to save up one's money in fiat currency as the government can for their selfish desire decide to inflate the economy.

Yeah you're right and I totally agree with you on this, and another reason a lot of nigerian's go into Bitcoin now is also lack of trust in the system. Many people have lost confidence in traditional organizations. You can wake up one morning, and a new policy has changed on how you can use your own money, even bank limits or random restrictions. That kind of unpredictable situations that pushes people to look for other options they can actually control.

And let's be real, Bitcoin gives that freedom. You can save, send and receive funds from anywhere without waiting for approval or even getting worried that your money will be frozen. Before now, it was practically impossible for an average Nigerian to get paid easily from clients abroad or run business without facing so many limitations. So it has open doors for freelancers and online workers to get paid from abroad without any stress or delay.

So yes, Bitcoin might have it's risks. So I agree with you that Bitcoin helps add value to your savings and  it's also about taking control and having access to financial system that really works for them.

Omo 20 years too long even like 5 to 10 years you go profitable in Bitcoin. Most of our people that know about bitcoin even they are not in the forum they always investing in bitcoin because they already know the benefits of it and that is why he will be very difficult for them to invest in another thing without investing in bitcoin first. If you using bitcoin you will have control over your coin and know one will try to tax or rub you. But bank will always charge you for maintenance every month when you have budget money for another things but at last bank will surly touch it and spoil your plan then by just saving money in the bank is more advisable to invest it with bitcoin so that when the price is increasing you will be profitable and add more funds to your capital and interest. But when you keep it in bank I don't think you will get any benefit accept you invest with them and be getting small commission.
