October have not been anything different from what it used to be, since bitcoin cycle repeatation is not an assured thing, we may be expecting a bull market for October and see a beer market which is directly opposite of our expectations.

This can happen any time, and regardless which month it did we cant really blame it on bitcoin since volatility is what we should always expect from the market.

All that we need to do is to position ourselves to take better decisions on our long term bitcoin holding plans.

I guess that many have been disappointed with how this Uptober is about to end. We've got few days left before we move to November but, who knows if the few days remaining will do something good. Like today, we're seeing a quick recovery from it and we're back to $116k. And if this continues, the hope of most is the recovery of it until we see it back again above $120k. And what this month has treated me so far, I cannot complain. I can't even imagine once we're done and we're going to see this price as another historical one and will take a cycle for us to see it back.

October has indeed came with unexpected price movement, ranging from when the price dropped to $103k to now that it is experiencing some recovery around $116k. It might not be Uptober as it was looked up to but at least it didn't experience a lot of DIP as many people were afraid of the price going below $100k. I will say that those that committed suicide when the price DIP heavily around the second week are either people who invested in other coins and not bitcoin or just people who can't withstand market volatility because the liquidation came from the crypto market entirely and not only bitcoin. Any bitcoin investor can not think of taking their lives simply because a heavy DIP occurred, we have been here in the past and watched the market recover after an intense DIP so why should people panic again when the price falls. I have been here for quite some years now, i understand how the market works and i can say that there was no pressure and panic from this side

Uptober is a good term because historically, this month often ends with good returns. For me, it doesn't really matter because I'm no longer monitoring the price; rather, I enjoy it all.

Rise and fall are market cycles. Every rise will be followed by a fall, and this will continue to happen forever. What surprises most people might perceive is a decline, or it could be a predicted rise. Again, don't focus too much on the price that causes the chart to change.

I was not expecting bitcoin to go more than $29999 in October but bitcoin did not increased up to that, actually bitcoin increased though before falling and it got back to a good price of $116000. October still remain a very good month.

I hope October will let traders to know that an asset can be volatile. See bitcoin, see gold and some other assets that get to all-time high in October but they fall abruptly although bitcoin is increasing back.

October reminded us not to use high leverage.

I agree, be a Bitcoin holder. In the long run, you will gain the expected profits regardless of the current market conditions. It’s nothing new that Bitcoin price movements often deviate from expectations, when we focus on the bullish cycle, we sometimes get surprised by a downturn we’ve never seen before.
Clearly, no one can predict market movements with certainty. By the end of October, Bitcoin might reach a new ATH, or it could be the other way around. What we need to do is stay calm and, if possible, continue adopting and accumulating more to strengthen our portfolio.

it is only investors that sold their holding this month and those that gambled with their investment by investing in coins that are not worth it that will complain that October was a bad month for them. check out those that were affected up to the point some of them even considered comiting suicide, they are not bitcoin holders but rather invested in those new coin that end up disappearing somehow.

$150k by the end of the year is seeming like an unrealistic point but then, this is bitcoin, nothing is entirely impossible as long as we are looking at bitcoins bull.

Uptober didn't treat me at all, because I haven't sold any BTC and I don't plan selling any BTC by the end of the month.
I will keep accumulating and HODLing. Maybe there will be some good news by the end of Uptober or during the first week of November.
USA and China might negotiate another trade deal. Trump will take a step back against Canada and lower the tariffs.
I'm not that optimistic about the long term conditions on the crypto markets, but not because of Bitcoin, but because of the AI bubble. I expect the AI bubble to burst at some point(maybe next year) and this will cause a bloodbath on the stock market. Crypto will crash as soon as stock prices crash.

The major correction some time ago was a normal correction and something that normally happens in the Bitcoin market, because before a bullish Bitcoin usually goes through a correction phase before gathering momentum and finally breaking through resistance and continuing a stronger uptrend. so for people who understand this, they will never sell in a bear market position, but they will see that this is a healthy correction, and continue holding their Bitcoin, because this is just a normal thing, and they will not worry since they already have a long-term investment plan.

Yes, it's not that we are going to see a parabolic rise, we are going to enter and see some healthy correction. It is needed so that there are investors that can enter when go down because it's a opportunity for them. Prices is cheap so it's not brainer to buy and accumulate at that point.

The panic actually doesn't happen to Bitcoin holders, it may happen to beginners. Those who actually faced a difficult situation some time ago were traders. The candle is green again but it is the end of October. The question is whether November 31 (4 days) will be the closing of this month, even though surprises could occur, it is no longer possible to break the ATH limit.
A level of panic will always exist for those who are not long-term holders. It's natural for traders to panic because their money dwindles due to the downturn.
