BC.Game’s merchant has now responded to the pending transaction issue and here’s where things get interesting. The merchant claims they successfully sent the funds to the account number provided, and they even shared a screenshot of the supposed transfer as proof:

According to BC.Game’s ticket update (see attached screenshot), they wrote the following:
“The merchant has confirmed that the withdrawal was successful. If the funds are still not received after 3 days, please contact the bank for confirmation.”
Order ID: 1847112718560661453
Time Submitted: 10/31/2025, 2:08:20 AM

Time DiscrepancyThe actual time of transfer, according to my verified bank record, is October 27, 2025, 1:45:59 PM.
🔗 Verified transaction timestamp from BC.Game:

🔗 Merchant’s provided screenshot:
https://imgur.com/a/7nDSCeUThis 35-minute gap suggests that the screenshot they shared might not correspond to the same transaction.
Suspicious Screenshot EvidenceI personally use the same bank that the merchant allegedly used for this transaction.
The layout and design in the merchant’s screenshot match an outdated interface — not the current version of the bank’s app or online portal.
For comparison, here’s what the updated version looks like:
🔗 Example 1:

https://imgur.com/a/WUD2B7aThis strongly indicates that the merchant’s screenshot could be an old receipt or possibly edited evidence.
Fee and Format InconsistencyThe merchant’s screenshot shows a
P5 sending fee, but according to the current bank policy of Maya, transfers to other banks incur a
P15 fee.
In addition the screenshot is missing key details, such as the
bank name of the receiving account  something that always appears in legitimate transfer receipts.
Communication LimitationUnfortunately, I can’t respond further on the support ticket since the system only allows up to five messages before requiring a reply from their side.
So for now, I’m waiting for BC.Game’s review of the evidence, but this situation is shaping up to be quite an interesting and potentially revealing case.
The merchant’s provided screenshot appears to be
incomplete,
outdated, and
inconsistent with both current banking standards and the actual transaction data. These discrepancies strongly suggest that the merchant may have submitted an altered or misleading transfer record.
What’s even more concerning is BC.Game’s lack of verification. Despite the evident inconsistencies, BC.Game did not attempt to authenticate the screenshot or cross-check it with actual transaction data. Instead, they simply relayed the merchant’s claim that “the withdrawal was successful” and told me to “contact the bank if the funds are not received after 3 days.”
This kind of response feels dismissive, essentially pushing the burden of proof onto the user, even though the merchant’s “proof” clearly contains red flags.
Tagging @holydarkness — this case definitely deserves closer investigation.
