There are possible reasons for the fail of kyc.. Either you aren't submitting your real information, or it could be that your camera aren't that clear and the corners of your documents aren't showing very clear and maybe is not that readable by the KYC detector.
What you must note is that, kyc are the most sensitive part of casinos especially when they asked you about those details you should be that smart enough to make sure you pass verification when you submit them.

Your case is hard to believe or even supported.

How can someone failed to verify an account over and over despite having an opportunity for re-verification via email. BC decision to blocked your account is for safety purposes because you are verifying it with wrong ID credentials.

If the issue is only the quality of image BC will surely allow you to submit again the documents but if it’s completely different credentials I believe you are faking your KYC.

Now this issue is faced by many users and also other issues like kyc so asked them I will help them in their issue and take some commission from them, this is not any illegal stuff

I understand correctly that the speculation voiced above is correct? It seems you slipped and forgot to change your account when you made above reply. Daashi and Doxzzz is both operated by you and you take comission from every cases resolved.

I'm here not as a judge or a mediator, I am simply bridging information back and forth from players to my contacts on BC, assigning cases to the contacts according to each of their departments that I think best fitted to handle the matter. I've bring this interesting development to the contact assigned to the matter, and now it's completely up to their wisdom to take action accordingly.

Yeah, I heard India banned gambling sites about a month ago(I think, or maybe more than a month ago). perhaps as Zwei has mentioned, maybe gamblers from India should stop using BC.game to avoid running into issues involving their money.
