This is not true at all, the fake wallet know that if they generate wallet for you, you may fund the wallet and they will move all the coins that you send to the wallet, or you can import your seed phrase and they will see it and steal your coin.

It will look like normal wallet because that is what normal wallet will do, I mean the wallet will create keys and addresses for you but with no backdoor like fake wallets.

What exactly are you trying to pass here?
Real wallet can ask for your seed phrase before allowing any access to the main wallet interface if that's what you mean.
Electrum for an instance, will always request your seed phrase or create a new one  before accessing the main wallet UI. The thing about fake app is once this seed has been inputted, it can be logged and communicate to whatever C2 servers they use.
You're right about site asking for your seed to claim a reward, that's obviously a scam attempt but depending on wallet, you will always need to input your seed to retrieve your coin in the software(wallet), all you need to do is confirm it's a reputable and trusted wallet before doing that.

Another thing is, wallet address are not known by blockchain explorer, it's not recorded by blockchain technology. The fake Bitcoin app can generate you a Bitcoin wallet address to make deposit, you'll actually make deposit while the coin won't reflect on the app.
