Due to some recent advancement in the field of life, a government can be ousted through various methods, such as abusing the power or vote of no confidence in a parliamentary system, and in some aspect or cases through impeachment or dissolving parliament to trigger new elections, this very process depends on the system of the country government and their constitution.

That can only occur in government ruled by God's fearing leaders devoid of any form of corruptions.any country with higher corruption indices would always manipulate everything to their favour including the constitution.Elections in the country will be mared by irregularities.The masses will be subdued with military brutalities to ensure they didn't rise against the government.

If the government type is democracy, the people has the power to remove their leader. But if not, they can just make it happen through voting wisely and choosing the next leader that they want.

Governments are being constantly outsted due to political turmoils and economical crisis. When the economy of a country is weaked, the tendency is that the government is played guilty for the situation by everyone, so the system uses its survival instinct to eliminate the president, labelled as the scapegoat, in order to configure itself once again through a new leader, protecting the system's agents who were on the backgrounds and maintaining them on their respective roles on the new government.

What is even the point of this?
Any government can be ousted from it's position of power, there have been governments which were considered to be eternal in human history, like the government of the Soviet Union or the government of the Roman Empire, it was just matter of time before all of them fell by their own weight and got replaced by a new administration.

What is the point of throwing the existing government and ask for a re-election when the same one is going to compete for the new one too. Election is not a cheap, it is going to cost a lot of money that we bear from our tax-paying money which we don't want to be wasted for every time. So the better approach would be banning them one who are thrown from the position for a certain period might be a better solution and not just the one but the whole party.

yeah bro! a government can definitely be removed depending on the system in place in democratic countries it usually happens through constitutional means like impeachment, votes of no confidence or elections. but in some cases, people’s protests and public pressure can also force leaders to step down even before their term ends. at the same time it is important that any change of government follows the rule of law!! otherwise it could lead to instability or chaos in a country. it is like football!!! when the manager keeps losing matches, the fans want him out, but the board has to follow proper process before firing him
