Let me start by saying that I created my account about a month ago. I've deposited $550 since then.

The site has countless bugs, which I won't go into here. One of the most obvious is that if you cancel a withdrawal (by yourself), you wont be able to resubmit the withdrawal request, and when you try to withdraw you'll see a message indicating your withdrawal was canceled (by you).

Today, one of the employees messaged me on Telegram and said he'd credited me a $10 bonus. Then I encountered a bug in the sportsbook and told him about it. He wrote, "I'm applying an extra $10 for you. If you encounter any problems, you can record a video or send me a screenshot."

Important clarification: "If you encounter any problems, YOU CAN record a video," not "YOU ARE obligated to record a video."

When I restarted playing with the $10, I encountered the same bug again, but didn't record a video. I also provided him with new information about a bug when canceling a withdrawal, a message that doesn't disappear and you can't create a new request. This was ignored.

Regarding the sports bug, I received the message, "So the reason you mentioned doesn't exist at all, bro." Why did I even write that? What a nonsense lol. He responded as if I was begging him for a bonus for the bugs, even though he himself awarded it to me, and I didn't ask for anything.

He didn't say the $10 were play money that you can't withdraw, and he didn't force me to record anything. He simply wrote, "you can."

The winnings from the bonus were $103, and they have no intention of withdrawing it. They just used me like a condom, lol. I simply wasted my time playing with "fake money" and wasn't informed about it.

Also, people who work for this casino (managers or admins) message me on Telegram every day, asking me to make a deposit, incredibly persistently. I think this only puts players off and creates doubts about the casino's credibility.

The support that supposedly works 24/7 doesn't work 24/7; they simply dont respond at night

If you ever decide to make a deposit, if you win a decent amount they'll screw you over. Be prepared.

My apology, but I don't think you have a chance to resolve your case here. There was a time where their representative were active here and answers to dispute, and I can bridge between them and player having issues with their platform. But they've withdrawn themselves after a communication with someone else who attempted to mediate, for a reason that only both parties know.

So, yeah, it's been long since they leave this forum.

First of all, you should have recorded a video or taken screenshot of the bug which you witnessed there. They have given you extra $10 so that you do the voluntary job, then they can improve their system by following the evidence. But you had forgotten what you should have done after getting the free balance. Now you are complaining here as they haven't allowed you to withdraw the free money. Your complaint would be valid if they didn't process your withdrawal after the submission of the bug evidences. Looks like you have received good bonuses already from the staff of the Xyes.

I don't know what your problem is because I didn't contact anyone or try to mediate anything. They contacted me to tell me why they confiscated the money because you didn't understand it. You agreed with this scam casino and posters kept on them and got the player paid.

Edit - I'll explain it to you again in hopes it sets in.

Value Betting - This is when the player beats the closing line. If a line is 2.50 and they person gets 2.60, there's value. A person that has a high percentage of games that beats the closer is a value bettor. All books except Bitcoin-Betting limit these players. There are occasions when a player is extremely good that some books, including some Betby are stealing. There are two Betby books that scam players for value betting. XYes and Betpanda steal deposits and winnings for value betting. Stay away from XYes and Betpanda if you want a chance to get paid for winning. No good book does this.

Arbitrage Betting - This is when the player is getting the best line, or close to the best of all other books to the point he can arbitrage bet. This doesn't mean he is arbitrage betting. He may be betting the weak side, which is what I do. Good books limit, even if the rules say no arbitrage betting. The books have no proof of arbitrage betting but they label the bettor an arbitrage bettor.

Do you understand this? Many players aren't arbitrage bettors. Value bettors may have no idea that they are getting value and get caught in the net. Books should pay winners and not just take the money of the losers.
