I want to share my experience with BlueChip.io (BlueChip Casino) so people know what kind of “support” they actually have.

Some time ago, I opened an account there, did everything correctly, and even completed their KYC verification when they asked for it. Everything was fine — I deposited, played, and ended up winning a bit over 2,000 USD.

Then suddenly things started getting weird.

First, I got an email saying my withdrawal request was rejected.
A bit later, another email asking to verify my account again (which I had already done).
Then out of nowhere — boom — they blocked my account. No explanation, no reason, nothing.

I immediately contacted their support team and provided every piece of info they could possibly need. I sent my documents, explained the whole situation, and told them I can prove this account is mine in any way they want.
Instead of helping, they just kept sending the same copy-paste responses about “violations of their Terms and Conditions” — but never once said what rule I supposedly broke.

To make it clear:
- The account is 100% mine (I clarify this since GPT said it's important info to mention)
- I didn’t break any rules or use bonuses in weird ways
- I just wanted to withdraw my legitimate winnings

I even opened a complaint on AskGamblers, but they told me to go directly to the Curaçao Gambling Authority, since that’s the license BlueChip operates under (Zyngier B.V. / Antillephone N.V.). I’m doing that now, but I also want people to know what happened.

If you play there, be careful. I followed all the rules, and they still locked me out with my funds inside.
This isn’t about the amount — it’s about the fact they can just close your account right after you win and keep the balance.

I hope sharing this helps others avoid the same thing.

They closed the account, so I couldnt get my money back, not even the deposit. Already placed a complaint in Curacao, but it says it can take up to 3 months lol

The casino you are talking BlueChip hasn't made any official announcement on this forum. I have found an account with their domain name but am not sure he is an official representative. Saw he has posted affiliate links, but it isn't accessible to me.
