I watched the video and realized the advertising tactics are not ethical. He seems to be recording himself gambling with huge amounts and boasting how much he earned without giving much info about the risks of gambling. It could just be drake alone and not an effort by stake but I think the lawsuit would not go in his favor. A fine of some money won't be a big deal for him but the sponsorship of Stake too could be in danger.

I guess whoever files that means that they just want to suck some money out of him. They know that Drake is going to overcome and win over this case. I think it's just going to come down to marketing techniques because at the end of the day, Drake's situation is similar to a lot of the gambling influencers that exist today so it's probably going to be hard to get it to court.

In other contexts it might look like a scam but if it ultimately comes down to him being the one who is being paid for it (for the promotion of gambling) then it's going to be very difficult. The reason why some people say he cheats is because maybe what he does from the bets that are always posted sometimes does not match the expectations which is precisely the fault of the followers who participate in the bets but only see what Drake does.
