Looks legit enough as a DePIN storage project. Watcher Nodes appear to ping shard availability from phones and the payouts are $WN suggests a future token.

What's interesting here is the testbed potential. You've got a live network where replication behavior, latency, durability under churn, and device resource costs can be observed, plus a store > watch > restore path you can validate against a home NAS.
