I am aware that others had posted their story about Thunderpick last year and that there is most likely no solution to having this problem fixed. I am still posting this to warn others about the site and advise them to stay away from this website.

I created my account on Thunderpick on October 14th. Basically because there was a CS2 event happening (CS Asia Championships 2025) and literally no other bookmakers were providing live odds at day 1 of the event. Thunderpick was basically the only website that managed to have live odds on the first day of that event. I deposited $500 to play around and ended up winning 19 bets in a row. After this win-streak, they decided to suspend my account and ask for additional information regarding my identity.

Their email contained the message: "We are contacting you from Thunderpick Customer Service. In order to complete your account’s verification process, we'll need to verify your identity and address". They asked for full address verification, my ID and me holding my ID next to my face.

After having provided them with the information, they got back to me after 6 days and told me that they weren't able to verify my account with the documents I provided and asked me to hold a piece of paper with their website and the date on it. After having sent this information they never got back to me again, I keep bumping up the case every few days but I keep getting the same response "Unfortunately, your account is still under review and you will be updated via email once review has been completed." which is strange as they stated they require 1-2 business days to review the documents in their first email.

After doing some research, I found multiple threads and complaints from other users describing the exact same pattern: once you win a large amount, Thunderpick freezes your account, demands excessive KYC, and then ghosts you.

Their reputation is pretty messed up here in the forum, but maybe let's just have some faith and hope they will get back to you after making a review. How long ago did you make the last submission that they had requested from you? I mean the one where they wanted you to hold a piece of paper with their website and date?

Thanks for your response. I have 0 faith in this, I have already accepted that my money is gone. It was 10 days ago from now (20 Oct) that I sent the last additional part of KYC which is holding the paper with their website and date.

Most probably they are doing an investigation on those sports events in which you had placed your bets. Any sportsbook will do some investigation on your bets if you win 19 bets consecutively after making your first deposit. I just checked your video and noticed that you have won one bet with 10× odds. And the bet was on eSports event. This one:

Perhaps, they are trying to find out whether those eSports events were fixed or not. Don't forget to inform us about their final decision.

If the casino had a good reputation, then maybe OP would have been optimistic about what's to come next. But they do not have a good reputation on the forum, so it is normal for OP to expect the worst, which is that his money is lost.
Their email contained the message: "We are contacting you from Thunderpick Customer Service. In order to complete your account’s verification process, we'll need to verify your identity and address". They asked for full address verification, my ID and me holding my ID next to my face.
I can imagine how frustrating it is to go through this sort of stringent KYC verfication, only for the platform to stop responding afterwards. It would definitely feel like a "double loss" if it was me, loss of funds and personal data.

Their representatives have been offline on this forum for almost three years, so it's a matter of concern whether they will get a reply here or not. Their reputation is also quite bad. Now this is a difficult situation. You will have to wait and see if they will actually refund your funds after their investigation is complete. Sites with this kind of reputation always expect you to keep losing and their revenue to keep growing, and they will start cheating you whenever you are winning.

I'm still wondering why is it that newbies don't see this platform to do their own due diligence before picking up a casino to play with. It is after they had been scammed or netted with I'll treatment, that is when they remember a platform like this still exists.

OP, so sorry about your experience, but when I checked the profile of the casino you have an ordeal with, they already have issues here which resulted to them being flagged and I believe if you had seen it before now you would not have made such a mistake. Anyways, since they had told you that they are still reviewing your account, you will have to wait for them to round up with the process. As long as you have nothing to hide, you will definitely get your money back except they decide to act funny by intentionally not complying with the rules. Just be patient with them to exhaust all opportunities.

That's the thing, while there are definitely players who attempt to cheat casinos, the casinos go on to use that as an excuse not to pay a lot of players, even those who won legitimately.

More often than not, the casinos do not even try to prove that the player broke the rule they say they did. They basically just tell them, "you broke x or y rules and we are not gonna pay you". Shady casinos use this excuse not to pay players who win a huge amount of money and it is unacceptable.

That's true and there has been cases of such nature here on this platform and the  casinos held onto the fact that the player to failed in keeping some rules and for that reasons they withheld their win and also their deposit which is not encouraging. They just use this as an opportunity to do away with players funds because they failed or did not follow the applicable rules of their platform.

Is it possible that this attitude from casinos is intentional because  they know players would fall victim of their rules so they keep putting up with some funny rules and waiting for players to fall into it so they could take possession of their fund's with evidence that they have it as a terms and conditions of service.

Thanks for your response. In tier 1 games, match-fixing is really not a thing, I'm sure they're aware of it as well. At this moment, I'll either never receive a response or they'll just craft a reason to not give access to my account anymore. I will for sure update this thread whenever they give me any update(s) by email.
