🚨 [SCAM ALERT] Winna.com Refuses to Pay $55,000 & locks account after post.

Hi everyone,

I recently signed up to this forum to respond to another thread about Winna.com, and I noticed this one deserves clarification as well.

After reviewing the case internally, the facts are very straightforward:

• The player created around 10 different accounts on Winna.com, each time claiming our "VIP Transfer Wager Target Bonus". This is a promotional offer that grants a fixed cash reward for reaching a specific wager volume – and, as clearly stated in our terms, it is strictly limited to one per new customer.
• Our systems flagged multi-account activity and bonus abuse. As a result, the player’s withdrawal of $5,000 was temporarily halted pending review. During that time, he continued playing and lost the balance on blackjack.
• There are no pending balances or pending withdrawals for the player on any of the related accounts. All duplicate accounts have been closed due to confirmed multiple-account violations and will remain closed until full KYC documentation is submitted.

If the player disagrees with our decision, we encourage him to file a formal complaint with our regulator, who will independently review all relevant data and evidence.

edit - both sides posting convos so I've changed my mind.

see my convos,the accusations are freshly made up, to scam me and other players. they purposefully lose the balance  on your account. and i never had a issue of multi accounting. and whywould i depo $60k-70k in every account, doesn't make sense. never had this multi account accusation, its after posting.

they  claim that i- tilt gambled 5k and so did my affiliates, which is impossible and not true.

Your case becomes more complex now that Winna claimed you are involved on multiple account. It’s your words against Winna statement which there’s no way a forum member can’t verify who’s telling the truth.

But Winna will surely get more support here since they have marketing campaigns on the forum. Follow Winna suggestion to file a case on their regulator or seek help to askgamblers that can verify Winna evidence against you.

No one can help you in the forum on this case.

 i have withdrawn multiple 4 figures before with no issues, alt accusations, all accusations made up after post as revenge for the post.

I have chats with vip host and bennet, they never once said “do kyc” or “u have multiple accounts”

It doesn’t make sense to wager 3m that too on live casino? LOL

If the wagers were on Winna Originals maybe.

I understand your point because I read all the evidence that you provided. However, it’s hard to counter their multiple account accusations unless you are willing to disclose all the information they got publicly for us to verify if it’s correct.

A case like this is very hard to resolve on public trial because it involves private data that is not suitable to disclose in public.

We can’t conclude that they are faking their claims without verifying their evidence.

i dont even wanna do it because ive talked to multiple victims, they all claim the same thing, why would a guy who has his account locked with $100k+ (another dude who contacted me and is victim of winna) be alting lmao? it just doesnt make sense, so im not interested to waste my time on heybets(winna) who likes to fake evidences and be "legit" and 10/10 in cg/askgambler/etc etc
