🚨 [SCAM ALERT] Winna.com Refuses to Pay $50,000 in Completed Bonuses, Changed the Rules After $3M Wager! Winna.com Refuses to Pay $5,000 in RAW WINNINGS from RAW DEPOSIT, after the post is made! Please read below and stay away from this scam!!!

Hey everyone 👋

I wanted to share what’s been happening with Winna.com because this situation has gone way beyond a simple misunderstanding.
They’ve refused to pay more than $50,000 in bonuses that were fully completed by two of my referred players, and then manually reset their wager progress from $3,000,000 ➡️ $400,000 after everything was already done.

🧩 What Actually Happened:

• Both players had been playing on Winna for around two months, mostly blackjack and some sports bets.
• They were working toward the “Status Match” bonus worth $27,000 each.
• The bonus center even showed “✅ Claim $27,000”, everything was completed and visible.
• They were waiting for their lossback to be credited before claiming the bonus.
• Then, overnight, the progress dropped from $3M to $400K. No message, no warning, nothing.

When we reached out, support (Caelin) said this:

“It was showing $2.6M+ but blackjack only counted 10% of the wager requirement, and it was a bug adding more, so we had to deduct manually.”

This “rule” was never mentioned anywhere.
Not in the Terms & Conditions, not in the wagering breakdown, and not even in the bonus description. Blackjack wagers had been counted normally the entire time, until they suddenly decided to “fix” it manually.

The worst part? It still said “Claim $27,000” right before they made the adjustment.

When asked again, Liam said this:

“We checked the user, and it falls under the 2nd issue I’ve mentioned.
Some of the bets, for some reason, are not affecting the Numbers table (lossback and reload).
Devs are working on him currently, will keep you posted.”

So they knew there was a system bug.
But instead of fixing it properly or crediting the players, they used it later as an excuse to wipe away progress that was already completed.

⚠️ Why This Is a Big Problem:

• They changed the wagering rules after the players completed the requirement.
• “Blackjack only counts 10%” was never stated anywhere.
• Other players under my affiliate were paid fully, even though they also played blackjack.
• Support confirmed manual intervention and then completely stopped responding after escalation to Bennett.

This isn’t an honest mistake, it’s a pattern of retroactively changing terms to avoid paying out.

📸 Proof & Evidence:

• Chat logs with Caelin, Liam, and Bennett.
• Bonus Center screenshots clearly showing 2.5M+ wagered and “Claim $27,000”.
• Referral proof linking both players under my affiliate account.
• Messages admitting manual deductions and mention of the “bug”.

💰 What We’re Asking For:
1️⃣ Restore the players’ full wager progress as it was before the manual “deduction”.
2️⃣ Pay out the $27,000 bonuses that were rightfully earned.
3️⃣ Publicly clarify the wagering contribution rules (especially for blackjack).
4️⃣ Have Bennett, Caelin, or Liam respond here to resolve this publicly.

💬 My Thoughts:
We’ve been polite and patient for weeks.
Instead of solving the problem, Winna’s staff just stopped replying once they realized the players had proof.

You can’t tell players one thing for weeks, show them “Claim $27,000”, and then suddenly say, “Actually blackjack doesn’t count, bug, sorry.”

That’s not how a professional casino operates. That’s a scam move.
Retroactively changing rules to avoid paying bonuses is unacceptable, period.

❌ Until Winna.com fixes this, I strongly advise everyone to stay away.
If they can manually reset your progress and claim a “bug” whenever they want, your winnings and bonuses are never safe.

There was no popup 1.5 months ago. They're pretending it always existed but it is a new thing they added. It cannot be a technical glitch for 3 freaking months. It was all just a bait to make my affiliates wager more and possibility lose some money.

Update:

after I made this post, Winna has seized communication with me and has with-held my funds. This is not a professional casino. I won the money from the money I deposited RAW ($5,000), no bonuses, no twists.

They are ignoring me.

Why would they hold my withdrawal for a post? The accusations are legitimate and they should not interfere with withdrawals for a complaint made on them on behalf of my affiliates. Wanted to still be a Winna Player even tho after what happened to my players but alas they're scamming me now aswell.

I have claimed  $1.000 with the Status Match for wagering $150.000 a while ago. I can remember Winna Originals only count for 25%. It was stated somewhere as a footnote.

Did the $3.000.000 wager counted for your rank? Because that amount should be the same as wager requirement.

Also, did u play the Winna Originals Blackjack or Evolution/Pragmatic? Winna Originals Blackjack has higher RTP meaning it counts for less I think.

Overall, Winna cannot change the rules suddenly when u already were able to claim the bonus. They should have done it sooner.

Pragmatic, and yes they did, they manually resetted like the other guy wih millions of winnings had their rakeback, monthly reset. And yes theh had 3m wager on their ranks.

Why the hell did they freeze/deactivate my account after 24 h i posted this issue about my affiliates. I was legit gambling normally because.. why not? Why would they ban me over a legit complaint thread and a issue which was being neglected. They froze $5k (How? I turned $1.8k to $5k NO BONUS! Raw depo double)
