First Experience:
1. Changing the swap type from Fixed rate to Floating rate takes up to 6 seconds, very time-consuming, it should be time efficient. Nobody wants to wait, even if it's 6 seconds. While changing it back from a floating rate to a Fixed rate is quick not so time-consuming.
2. At first try when I clicked on the button exchange (in the pic below) nothing appeared, I clicked other exchange buttons mutlitple times, but nothing appears and then I thought the buttons might not be working, but after 5 to 10 seconds, swap page opens very late but after that, it opens quickly like in 2 seconds, I thought it might be because of first time opening in the browser, so i tested with few others, and it gave the delay not too big, if I have to guess the delay was more than 2 seconds, but I am not complaining about the time, I am saying once we clicked the button we must know what is happening in the backgroudn so if we have clicked "Exchang" button it should changes to "Exchanging" or a new message should appear saying "Opening". We need feedback the moment we click, either in terms of the page or in terms of the text.
3. I loved the swap track feature, not a single swap I remember have this feature, we have to save the links to open them, but this is just so convenient, and I know it is not a bug or error, but an appreciation which should be given if you love something.
4. The left image has underline and good animation and all the other buttons but the popular pairs have simple and different animation, while all lie at the same place, so they all should have the same kind of animation for a better experience.
5. Terms of Use page's site url is not correct is says "temp of use" While it should be "terms of use" As you can see in the image below.
Exchange Experience
1. The swap has 2000+ coins but no BNB pair, or usdt on bep 20 network? Why is that? The BNB network is widely used and the first one looked at because the user knows the fee is lower as in sending funds, but there is no option for USDC, usdt, or BNB (on bep 20 network). I saw only 18 BEP 20 network tokens.
2. A major issue I found is with the wrong wallet type these are basically two issues, as can be seen in the first image, it showed no error at all, means I am good to start the exchange but, as shown in the second image when I changed the token from bitcoin to ETH but did not changed the address, while the address is wrong and the checker should have told be the token is changed and the address you have wrote is the wrong one, please change it too, but it stays error free, and I can even initiate the exchange as shown in the third image. This is really a trouble maker issue.
3. The second issue I found is the opposit of the above issue, when I mistakenly (of course I did not mistook but to test) entered wrong address for the ETH token to be received as I used bec 32 address, the error shows then I came to realize after seeing the error that I should change the token to btc one in order to receive them, so i changed as shown in the second image but the error is still there and I can't initiate the exchange until I remove the address and paste it again.
4. While swapping, I minimize the window and this page appeared while I was going to send the funds again, this showed no data, it should be fixed. Although it appeared again after sometime.
5. Made the exchange, it went right, as said, took around 10 minutes to receive the coins, I swapped, USDT to BTC, and I received my btc which was lacking few satoshi because I chose floating price. So maybe due to the price difference I received lesser amount then the swap mentioned on the details section.
6. The last page where the site says the tx is completed, and swap again, their is no detail of time and date of the exchange, even at the deposit page, this information is needed, but if not time, then at least add the date.
7. The feedback option in the image is not working, when we click on it, although the explorer links also not working by the previous member has already reported them.
Support:
Talked to the team on their web chat, which is the best feature to the date haha, because many other swaps lacked this, but this is really necassary for instant help and questioning, like I was going to trade, and the minimum amount was $10 at first, but later it increased to $60 and I contact them on their web chat, and they replied back like in minutes, and cleared the $10 minimum amount was a technical mistake, now they have cleared that, I can continue with the swap.
The other options to talk with the team are also very efficient but I liked the web chat the most and quick.
