Eventually, if we mature then yes, we will just accept that fact that losing is inevitable, and think that maybe one day, you can go back and win x folds on that amount you win. Or just take a sleep and not think about it and when I wake up, I feel fine and not thinking of that lost.

It may get easier for a very short amount of time but over the long run this is not something that can make you feel less sad than other people who gamble much more money. It was such consecutive losing sessions in gambling that made me really sad and I quit gambling in big amounts, I keep playing in rare chances but overall I have stopped completely. That’s exactly what I have been telling people but they don’t seem to understand what gambling is about. For some weird reason many people think gambling is a job where they can earn money. I hate to break it to them but gambling is not a job. They’ll have to take some losses eventually and those might become so big, they might never recover from it. Everything becomes much easier and stress-free once you realize that you accept those facts and move on. These people also don’t want to work to make money but they think their problems will go away once one of their bets wins big time. 2. Avoid debts and loans.

4. Don't be greedy.

It is best to also have a job before you consider gambling, if you don't have a job and you go for gambling it is very possible that you keep having a bad day, losing is very possible in gambling and winning is not always possible, imagine you have no job but some last money on you and you choose to risk it on gambling, if you lose such money it will affect you more than someone who is expecting income in the coming week or following month.
