With all the recent lawsuits popping up against a different popular brand there have been many sweeps casinos closing their doors. I know of 4-5 social casinos that have called it quits for various reasons.

I guess my question is are you not worried about the regulation in the USA? The government is cracking down from what I read.

Thank you for your question! I’m not overly concerned about the legal landscape in the U.S. and believe we fully comply with all federal regulations. At this time, we do not accept players from Washington, Idaho, Nevada, Michigan, or Louisiana, as these states have specific laws prohibiting sweepstakes gaming. Currently, sweepstakes regulations are determined on a state-by-state basis. As more states begin to adopt regulated gaming, we expect the legal landscape to evolve over time.

Outside the U.S., we also see strong potential in Asian markets, where Fish Table games originated and are already familiar to players who enjoy them in-person at malls and other entertainment venues.

Because I was curious about this game I decided to register. However, it only asked for my email address and didn't ask for any other information. I'm confused because based on what I read, the KYC process should be completed first before I can log in. I'm not sure what kind of KYC is needed because during registration, I was only asked for email and not for other details like a password.

I am being honest here that I never played on such a platform, and this is the first time I am hearing about sweeps casinos. I would have given it a try, but one of your rules caught my attention, which is

From what I could deduce from the website, the kyc process is done through the help of the host, which is likely the customer, and for you to do the kyc, you must chat them up to help you with the kyc process. You must do this before participating in any game, so, from all logic, just registering on the website does not grant you access to the kyc, as you will have to chat up the host as stated on the kyc section of the terms and conditions of service on their website.

Decent ANN though your site UI could use work. I like the whole fish themed games and all, but the KYC requirements during registration are absurd(Selfie plus ID etc) which automatically makes your site unappealing for many crypto gamblers like me.

I could just as well play slots and other games at sites where minimal KYC like phone number are required. Bad first impressions.

Well, I tried "fish tables"... not so many times, but enough times to understand what they are all about. And I am not sure there's a bankroll big enough for this game. I think I wrote about it before... It's probably one of the craziest gambling games I have ever played.

Those fish games you have remind me of the ones I often see at Timezone amusement arcades in malls, and now they're also present in online casinos within the crypto gambling space. Although I haven’t created an account yet and have just browsed through the site, I have a few questions.

I noticed in this section that you require KYC verification right at the sign-up stage. It seems you have been working to develop your platform for longer since you were active on some other platforms. Also, it seems it's a US-based platform since you mentioned it a couple of times. But are you sure you have been complying with US regulation? Or is there a possibility to face legal issues for your platform?

What do you mean by KYC upfront before providing login? Does it mean you have been asking KYC during the registration process? Does it mean users have to provide their personal identification to complete the registration process? If so, then it would be a hassle for users. Probably you are doing so to prevent unnecessary sign-ups, but gamblers would take it negatively. It's better to allow users to round up on your platform and ask for KYC before making any deposit. So gamblers would feel comfortable; they might check everything, and if they decide to play there, they would complete the verification.

There is nothing sure about the future, what's next with federal and state regulations so you must be careful as things in regulations can change very quickly as we can see with Tornado, Samourai developers. So best wishes to your business, welcome to the forum but make sure to be quickly adaptive to regulations and also prepare for the worst to have different plans for your business in the USA especially with things related to cryptocurrency.
