If "God told me to" is the most deadly weapon that fraudsters always use to deceive most people, why him, why Crypto, isn't this technology still very young and has just developed. One must be more observant in thinking or interpreting the words often used by fraudsters, they have 1000 ways to make money in illegal ways, but we also must not be greedy with the ease and benefits offered to obtain wealth. It is not wrong if someone is too fanatical about priests or religion, but believe me, God never asks his servants to do something that is detrimental to him.

Welcome to the new crypto scheme where people who claimed to be men of God are using Gods name in vain, people do evil this days without the fear of God, how are they sleeping at night? Many men who claimed to be pastors and men of God have entered YouTube between 2024 and 2025, telling newbies that God told them to buy a special coin named whatever and they rugged on all their followers.

Well let's not be too quick to cast stones. Maybe as a man with the foresight vision, he might probably be referring to bitcoin. Perhaps that could be his own formalities of speculating about bitcoin price. Everyone has it analytical tools so maybe his spiritual capacity to see the future can also be doubted regardless that volatilities can't be predictable. Lol.
However, for a man of God asking worshipers to buy crypto may be wrong if they're mislead but it's fine to me if they're actually recommending reliable Coins while investment risks mustn't be thrown overboard. But would be bad if using religious to steal from followers

We know that all religions teaches goodness, and in the case like the OP mentioned is the example of "evil or badness", I consider them as scammers. Therefore, we must be aware of whether someone is bringing good, or evil. If they start talking about any investment, especially in crypto, by bringing up religious verses or using the name of God, then we can consider most of them are fraudsters with a specific goal for their own personal gain. Essentially, we must be skeptical of anything. Humans today are full of lust, doing anything to get profit, without considering the fate of others they are deceivings. So, we have to be alert, and need to pay attention to whether they bring good or bad.

I was thinking I could get a full details of this but unfortunately you didn't add a link to this video and I was wondering the particular coin that God has showed him. I can not comprehend how the brains of some religious people is working but honestly, I don't think  if there's any learned religious person that can be easily mislead by this kind of false propaganda by a so called prophet. I think I saw something similar somewhere but it just didn't make any meaning to pay attention to something that can not even be real.

I did wrote how to get the video on YouTube, you need to be the search yourself, go on YouTube and type pastor crypto you will be able to identity the video, the name of the pastor is written on that screenshot and also the coins that God revealed to him was a meme coin, do not mind them they are using  God's name to criminal activities and that's because people are stupid when it comes to religion.

It seems that you are a believer too, when things get too easy it is likely to never work or there is always more than meet the eye, to me it is wrong to be too fanatical about priests or religion, this is the fastest way that anyone can be brainwashed without getting hypnotised, they won't be able to question anything, either rightfully wrong or not.

This will be very common in Africa, I have heard and read about something like this coming from Africa. They are only testing God and which is very bad. What if what he says become not true? It would be better for pastors to know what they are saying but some of them can also be fake. It is better for people to think indepth before believing anyone, including pastors. But I just know that people will remain to be people, some will still be foolish and be fooled.
God never does business on earth. It's truly a public deception when a pastor encourages you to invest in crypto, promising huge profits.
It seems like a Ponzi scheme disguised as crypto, promising huge profits. I can't believe it's real.
This is why it's important to learn not to be easily fooled by others. If it were me, I'd probably tell that person you're a liar.

It's incredible how these crypto gurus appear out of nowhere! But the worst thing is that they try everything they can to rip you off! People really need to be very careful.
Don't trust them, guys! I'm talking to newbies in particular: don't trust them. Instead, do your research and get informed before you believe anything.

Expect those situation to happen knowing crypto became popular anywhere and this scammers pretend to be something just to attract and get the money of people. That's why its important for people to have proper education so that they will not get fooled by this pretentious people which offering obvious scam to their community.

We better have these thinking not to trust everyone promoting a shitcoin. If they are confused they should not get shy to asked the opinion of other people to know the real score of the project they are following. Also they better separate religion to any cryptocurrency investment so that no one can fool them. We must do our own research since information is our primary weapon to avoid losing money from any type of scams.

I wish all these victims of these supposed prophets know the way of the Lord, they wouldn't have been victims of these planned schemes. All these people are not sent by God, but by their paymasters. Perhaps they are the ones who are directly involved in the crypto development to deliberately scam people. This is why The Bible says: "my people perish for lack of knowledge."

God is not interested in telling the public through other people the predictions of risky activities like gambling, trading and investing. It's your cross, and you must carry it if you are interested in them.

Allow these "believers" to become wise. Sometimes, only experience will make a person cautious. Speaking of religion, I'll quote: "The one who seeks not riches, but a good name, is prudent ." Therefore, if wealth is important to a person, then religion will be on the other side of their life, and you, as a helper, are simply obliged to return them to the true faith, allowing them not to be rich Cheesy: "And again I say to you, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God."
I just love this. Such a balanced view. I hope those who need to read this in the forum and beyond do because they will get some understanding such that they will not be deceived by any religious leader.
In my estimation, religious leaders should stick to their primary calling and not try to influence their followers on investment decisions. They wield so much power and influence that their followers will not even verify before going in on the investments. And they are always wrong. If a religious leader has an opinion about investments it should be private and not for his followers.

To be frank, if everyone knows the right place to be and also the right things to do there won't be a lot of stress on us, if God can show you right now that you are meant to be a mighty person only as a Doctor, wouldn't this makes your journey far easier?

Many people doubt where they are right now because they don't even know if it is the right place to be, if God sent a revelation it makes things easier, it is just like knowing when you will die, it will make you do the right things before that day comes, you would probably work less and just enjoy life.

This is how people view anything coming from men of God, why would they buy several coins when God knows the right coin to buy? It will work on those people who are too deep into religion, this is the type of miracles they always wanted.

There are numerous strategies to deceive people, not only in crypto but in general.
'Romantic' scams targeting middle-aged and lonely men and women are already very well known, and crypto scams are becoming increasingly creative. Of course, some people will always be more motivated to get involved if they believe that a church is behind it, because it gives them a sense of security.
At the core of it all, however, is the desperation of people who are in financial trouble and want to quickly solve their financial problems. For some, the outlet is gambling, and for others, various financial investments that promise quick and easy profits.
In the real world, of course, there are no easy and fast earnings, but when people become desperate, they no longer think rationally and believe everything they are told. God and crypto?
God certainly doesn’t need crypto, and people should learn to separate the spiritual from the physical.  Grin

I am not saying there is no God, but he gave you and I a brain to think, if you don't use your brain you will be slaughtered in this space called crypto space.

Some people have so much faith in men of God than God himself. The wise men among them that question the man of God for the suspicious prophecy is seen as a non believer. The so called men of God now exploit the ignorance of this blind followers that refuse to learn the word of God but rely on pastors for the heavenly race. If someone can be gullible enough to allow a pastor to have sex with their wives for miracle fruit of womb, believing a pastor on this crypto prophecy should be a minor thing. The most annoying part is seeing people defending this men of God with some silly reasons even if their lies they called prophecy is exposed. Religious practice without knowledge kills faster than a sword.

First, crypto is a speculative market, and it is fine for anyone to say that buying will do people a favor, but one thing every crypto investor must understand is that 98.4% of altcoin are shitcoin and their investment can only be secure if they prioritize only BTC.
However, I don't like a situation where the name of God is used to trick people for personal gain/selfish reasons, or people with influencer power use their influence to scam their followers. That's what I never like, and that's also the reason I don't take crypto Twitter influencer hype seriously.

This is another wakeup call for everyone that they can only trust themselves

Before I heard this news of rug from a friend I have been seeing such videos on YouTube, but I questioned everything, been the type of person that I am, i asked why would God have anything to do with cryptocurrencies?  Someone in the comment section sent to me that "God is in everything we do", I am a true believer in Christ myself but it doesn't feel right and I moved on, I knew deep down that this makes no sense, but today millions of dollars are lost..
Yes, God is in everything, and we also have some people who have a spiritual gift, but that does not technically mean every vision seen is from God, because at some point, an angel of darkness appears as an angel of light.
From the record, satan is also called the morning star, and the same thing happened to Jesus, but He was called Son of Mary, the morning star.
Having said that, I feel sorry for those who lost the million bucks, and I hope the person who claimed God showed him the crypto feels satisfied after he tarnished his image by luring people into the investment of shitcoin instead of Bitcoin

I tried to find two of them pastors on YouTube today and I couldn't find them any longer. They must have deleted their channel and run away but I found many more with a simple search on YouTube " pastor crypto ".
That's because the person who plays with the investor's emotions can bear the damage he did to the people and decide to take down the video.

The most dangerous weapon someone can use on you is > God told me to......... This have ruined lives and homes.
They know perfectly well that the world is full of believers who don't question anything, people do what they are been told.
No, the dangerous weapon someone can use on you is using your weakness against you. When someone tells you something, you still have the right to question it, though you may do it inside your mind. Before I knew about BTC when I was still a newbie, I asked myself a lot of questions, which is why BTC would be acknowledged in the future? What are the benefits of holding?
When people ask themselves this question, they have the chance of knowing the right from wrong cause their instinct will kick in.

Most of the projects sponsored and promoted as a religious coin or whatever crypto that is related to religious house or pastor or whatever,  you should know that there are about to swindle you of your money and avoid going to such a church.

There is Zugacoin scam in Africa that church members have lost millions of naira all in investment on a coin own tlby they bishops ZUGA.

If somebody wants to introduce me to anything and says God told him or her that is a red flag, I have seen a lot of people being misled and scammed in the name of God. God has given us common sense and what we have to do is simply apply it in whatever we want to do so if you want to buy a cryptocurrency DYOR. If you get scammed in a crypto project it's all on you because the internet is there for you to research, the record is there, many tokens that are backed with names of celebrities have all faded away.

Why I know that many prophets are scammers is during elections they will collect money from politicians and tell their followers to vote for the politicians in the end the politicians will be more corrupt than their corrupt predecessors.

You know that's why I don't like relating my region to any cryptocurrency, because once you do that, your mind will divide into different ways, and you will also be confused about what to do. You either believe in God personally than bring it or associate it with cryptocurrency. Having known the concept of cryptocurrency yourself through research is better than believing in what someone that doesn't have any knowledge about cryptocurrency was saying. There are many ways, methods and tactics to convince someone to invest in cryptocurrency, most of which are not true or are scams. Besides, I hate all these prophetesses, sometimes when they say God sent or told them something about a particular thing, then I will ask myself, 'How?'. None of the gods' business with cryptocurrency, moreover, when you observe them deeply, they don't have any knowledge about cryptocurrency. So believing in them will lead you to something else.

Well let's not be too quick to cast stones. Maybe as a man with the foresight vision, he might probably be referring to bitcoin. Perhaps that could be his own formalities of speculating about bitcoin price.
Reading this first lines makes me believe if you were part of his sheep, you will easily be deceived by every prophetic utterance that comes out from his mouth whether they are messaged from God or because he chooses to say all of that, don't get deceived by all of these, now God speaks to everyone directly, unlike in the days of old when he usually speaks through the prophets.

The bible talks about false prophets at the latter days, which is the moments we are in, be careful of whosoever calls themselves what they are, people are more interested in making money than doing what is right, a lot of scams are happening in the crypto world, and they use whatever system they can not considering on whose name they lie on.

This can only happen in Africa where people trust and believe in their religious leaders more than they believe in God. The level of brainwashing is too much on them; any scammer can come in the name of God to tell them stuffs and they will gladly surrender their money and other valuables to them. This is as a result of a high level of ignorance

Believing in God does not equate ignorance. Even the holy book said " test all spirits, if they are from God, you would know ". Investing in crypto or anything else requires you understanding what you are investing in first. A proper research will help you do the right thing. In this present times where there are means to gather information from anywhere in the world, no one is supposed to do anything blindly, even if it is being recommended by a superior person, as long as it involves money, still do your findings.
