Looking for Specific Developer Discussions

Hi everyone! I’ve been building tools for Web3 presales and secure payment widgets as well as some analytical tools that projects can integrate directly into their sites.

I’ve been following Bitcointalk for a while now but only recently created an account to connect with other developers and projects. I am happy to be here and thank you for having me.

I’m really interested in finding people in the community who are discussing presale platforms and transparency in fundraising, as well as other developers discussing current projects.

Any thoughts or recommendations for where to discuss those topics?

It's a non-starter discussion.   Bitcoin has everything built in to crowdfund - one just needs to advertise their need.

You are thinking old school, where a trusted third party can collect from many people, and take a fee.  Bitcoin removes that fee.

Thank you so much for the reply. Yes, I am aware of the utility of Bitcoin. It's amazing. Have been a supporter for over 10 years.

That said, perhaps my question was misunderstood.

I am simply asking if there are good discussions on this forum regarding DeFi, development, etc. Looking to connect with other developers in the crypto space. If anyone has any suggestions of where to find this, it would be much appreciated.

I can already see there are many good discussions happening.

Altcoin discussion is usually full of spam, though. Maybe you can try the Service Discussion board or somewhere else. I guess it depends on what topics you're discussing; might as well make a separate thread if the topic is different enough. Personally, I never see a thread where the discussion participants is only developers, but you can try your luck. If it's related to the forum, then Meta is also an option if you build stuff like a forum stats database, post archive, etc.

This section is fine for discussing project development - I just thought you were focused on anothger crowdfunding platform.

I was just discussing this yesterday with another developer.   Most of the serious programmers have moved on to newer forums that can cater to their design needs.
