Does anyone know an official way to Convert my prepaid visa debit card into Bitcoin??
Ive tried many different sites but they dont seem to work and also im not looking into delivering anything in the mail. Ive also tried using the bitcoin-otc channel but i have no idea how to use that. Anyone willing to help me? the card has never been used before and has $20 on it.

You could sell it on here... I know of a few people who like to buy them as long as you're legit.

Debit or credit card payments are reversible so (almost) no one is going to take them for a irreversible payment method like bitcoin. Well I say no one but there is one company here:

http://www.coindesk.com/tinkercoin-sell-20-bitcoin-only-once/

It says they charge $25 for $20 of btc. See if they'll sell you $20 worth, instead.

If it has a PIN you could always unload it to Bluebird and the purchase Bitcoin as normally.
