I'm not a high roller, so limit won't be a problem for me.

I can't tolerate a long payout, 3 days is the limit, if I have to wait longer than that I would think the casino have a problem with their financial.

Bonuses is important, but if the casino is reputable and trusted by a lot gamblers, I can deal with less bonuses.

It's rare for me to had a bad experience in a casino, so far the casinos I played are good. I only have a bad experience over unclear rules about their bonuses.

Bonuses, including weekly and monthly bonuses (for VIP users)
They have a wide variety of original games and are constantly adding new ones.

Not a VIP but I can only imagine how sweet the perks are. I can always cashout easily my chips or converted into cash those chips I had whenever I am playing and gambling in a casino. Questions like this were asked not quite long but just that this is directed to VIP but what people will post will still be the same, and which will be something like fast withdrawal and good customers service. Although good customer service will not be included because VIP are treated special with fast customer service response.

About betting limits, it will not be the problem of VIP members like some people are claiming but VIP members will prefer licensed gambling sites.

I think payout is what is most important, although I am not a good casino gambler but if I am to chose from the list above I will say payout is what matters, because I won't Play a serious money and expect fast payout and the casino agent start giving me excuses. It is always frustrating when you are losing big or huge amount ofoney and there are no problem but it becomes a problem to withdraw emediatly you win big.

i think another thing that pissed me off is the casino agent not having a good manner of approach, it can be annoying sometimes, and can fuck you over. But if the casino happens to bring good luck, and has a fast withdrawal plus other good feature then it can well be good to come again.

The fact is that when casino treats you right in all ramifications, it will likely keep a Gambler but when there are no good thing to write home about, it will make people leave.

You are referring to whales in here but as most of we are VIP-s in some big casinos I can tell you what keeps me in, sometimes as you say things do not go your way and you lose a huge amount of money during that time. Most casinos do take into consideration wagering so most probably any person, including whales wager a lot of money when they lose a huge amount and casinos give you rakeback, weekly bonus, daily bonus, daily challenge bonus and monthly bonus so in total sometimes they go to a total of 25-30% of your lost amount putting you back on track to winning big. I guess it is the same that keep whales to come back and continue gambling.

Not a VIP but I have high level accounts because I've been wagering on certain platform for quite some time and have played with serious money before, what I actually look for casinos are the following:

• Fast withdrawal: No questions asked, no requirements asked and fully automated. Some gambling sites when you withdraw a certain amount especially when it's over their threshold, they could delay your withdrawals and check a lot of things including submission of requirements, etc.
• Bonuses and Rake backs: One thing I love being on higher level is the bonuses there are times that the bonuses I've get is higher than my deposit for the week and aside from that is the rake backs from losing and of course all of these were no string attached.
• Trust and reputation: It doesn't matter if it's licensed or not, as there's still some licensed casino but still shady and confiscate player's winning.
• Security and Privacy: If I'm a high roller or betting a serious amount, I want to know that platform I've been playing to is safe and secured probably implementation of a 2FA and of course not requiring a KYC, if you're familiar, the Bitcointalk forum do like to play on gambling site that doesn't require a KYC as most of us value or privacy.

For VIP lvl: A nice bonus of daily/weekly/monthly earned.
Fast withdrawal: This is definitely what customers want.

So far, I have never received unfair treatment from the casinos I play at.
What I notice about casinos is that transactions are fast and hassle-free. I am referring to deposits and withdrawals.
Usually, VIPs enjoy fast deposits and withdrawals. The same goes for customer service. Fast response times are important to players because they are linked to player satisfaction levels.

You really have a good post on this thread, it is a nice one. About the fast withdrawal, most gambling site can only delay withdrawal because they are suspecting the person's account and most likely such account will not be for VIP. But a VIP member will not asked such questions than to input his 2FA OTP or verify that he is the one through email verification.

Fast withdrawals and bonus returns. This day and age bonuses are everything. If you want to grow you have to reinvest in your players. I was a long time customer with stake, more than 10 million wager and relatively high VIP level. While the quality of fast withdrawals and everything else remained, they severely cut all the bonuses until they were jokingly low. Other sites have caught up and yet stake doesn't need to care cause their customer base is huge. At least me they lost, and many other long term players also left because of all the cuts. Nowadays they only cater to new accounts that don't know how good the site was in the past (at least for bonuses).
So yeah, fast withdrawals, bonuses and kind of loyalty to their long terrm customers is very important to me. Once this is gone it's time to move on.

For a long time now, the first thing I check is the KYC policy of the site I'm about to play on: the stricter it is, the more I avoid it like the plague.

Secondly what matters for me is withdrawal speed: I can bear a 24 hours delay only in case of big wins or withdrawals of amounts substantially bigger than the deposited ones so that the casino can check that everything is in order;  other than that, so for low amounts, I expect them to be instant or at max within an hour or so.

I’d say licensing and reputation play the biggest roles. When a casino is licensed and has a solid reputation, it’s expected that they’ll provide good service because they know one bad move could cost them a lot in the long run. In the gambling world, reputation is everything. Even with a huge capital, if a casino doesn’t earn players’ trust, it’ll eventually fail. But a well-respected, properly licensed casino can survive even in a competitive market.

No way I consider myself a high roller or a VIP, but even if you are just a average joe player, of course, the payout speed could be one measuring stick for us. We don't want casinos that delay our withdrawals. Or those who reason out that they are manually checking everything before a payout is allowed.

I haven't been scam by any casinos so far, as I have just played on casinos that has built their reputation here.

But for sure there could be horror stories for VIP or a simple gambler that makes them stay away from that casino and never play again.
