Hi my Bc game user id:98232238 and username is Shree3210. In past two days i had made two deposits transaction in my gaming account of Rs.4501 and Rs.5501 respectively. Both the transaction were successful from my side but the money was never credited to gaming account. I have already raised the ticket and its been more than 48 hours but i have got any response from the live support. I have All the necessary evidence to show that i have successfully made the payment. Kindly please help ke get my money back.

Wait for 72 hours, then if it's not processed and credited to your account yet, click the "speed up" button on each transaction and fill each field with information required, then return to me with the TX ID and order ID. 72 hours, speed up button, submit what they asked, then reach me with the TX ID and order ID. I'll try to see if my contact can speed it up.

Have you press the speed up button and provide all the required field that's asked on the next page of "speed up"? Mind to share me screenshot of both the transaction and the proof of submission [if there any]?

Ugh, why do people love ibb so much? Sorry, just mumbling my frustration at ibb for limiting me. Got both of your images, with some work-around. I've nudged my contact to take a look into this, and I believe i've got all the information I need to get it expedited [or at least looked at]. Just waiting for them to nudge me back.

Also, at this point bc.game should put a warning about the crediting issue(if they still haven't) when gamblers are going to deposit INR in their casino.

It is the merchants. Indian regulations have changed slightly, and there is a chance that the bank account could be frozen if the bank detects casino-related transactions. I assume either the merchants are intentionally delaying the crediting of those deposits in case their accounts get frozen, or they are doing it intentionally. The number of such cases has increased a lot, which is concerning. I would suggest the same thing, BC game should put a warning about it. They can temporarily disable fiat deposits to avoid these issues. I believe there are hundreds more cases, but those players are not aware of this forum.

All of the back-log happened [happen?] because the casino is yet to receive the fund from the merchant, so their fiat department can't credit the account. Other case with frozen bank account was also due to the merchant, I think they tried to play dirty, as they want to reclaim the fund that BC already paid to the player [via the merchant]. Given gambling activities is currently under their govt. microscope, I think every casinos that cater fiat deposits in this currrency will have to use merchants, and with that, also come the necessity to rotate merchants every now and then to avoid detection. Thus, the potency for the old merchant to pull some trick. As for the warning, BC take an approach where players can "speed up" their transaction, of which the pending transaction will be brought to fiat department's attention.

It is very likely that he has passed on your information to the necessary department, and so I believe you should sit tight and be patient a bit more. Just like your other transaction was process, it is very little that the last one is going to be processed too. I don't know how it is in your Country but given the tougher regulations, i think it would be much better to use crypto deposits instead of fiat? Buying and selling crypto on exchanges shouldn't be a problem.

In such a hostile atmosphere due to heavy regulation from Government, it;'s very likely that they are finding it very hard to find alternative merchants (most of them have probably backed off due to the new changes). The merchants that remain defiant are probably the ones that don't care about their reputation or lawsuits. I still think what BC game should do is cut some losses and advice Indian users to lean more to crypto deposits and withdrawals for now until things are sorted out.

Hi, this is weekend. I tend to leave my contacts on every single casinos during weekend for their [and my] personal time, unless it's an emergency and/or dire situation. Your case and other similar fiat related case, though, no matter it's dire or not, must hit brakes during weekend as it's fiat related, where fiat institutions mostly shut their doors. I'll nudge my conctact again come Monday, during my morning coffee, suppose it's not credited yet while I sleep [India and I live in a whole different timezone, I believe].
