Freewalet is a scam.

I made a transfer of $286 on the Tether network(bep20) to the Tether network(erc20) - hash https://bscscan.com/tx/0x8684a6b504fb11ec6f3d3f3d5b7b383a5a404b7adbef3d2703e02f47d7207935

The money was successfully credited, but it is not displayed in the wallet.
I contacted support and asked them to transfer money to me on Tether(bep20), and I waited 3 days for a response.

Then I transferred another $25 and my balance became $301 - hash https://bscscan.com/tx/0x97ef1efc9f6eb89593eab35eb9a5e8431a1dd1bb15f80cb7e44606792ebeaf83

But freewallet support refuses to transfer money to me on Tether(bep20).
They just stole my money and appropriated it for themselves.
I do not recommend anyone to work with them, they are thieves and scammers.

This wallet is notoriously scam service on this forum, and you've just confirmed that they're getting bolder and more openly extorting users.
As many of their cases have been reported here, there's no chance of recovering lost funds. Sorry for your loss.

They get bolder to the extent Elon Musk called the wallet scam few years ago.

Yes, Freewallet is not new to old users on this forum to be a scam custodial wallet.

It is better you start using a noncustodial wallet instead. If you want to convert from one coin to another, you can try the swap or so on Cake wallet.

And I thought this was just an old scam accusation getting bumped; there have been thousands of scam reports across so many platforms, so I thought Freewallet would have a hard time scamming people again. Unfortunately, I'm wrong.
With all the bad reports, there were always new victims.
I feel sorry for OP. There's zero chance you're going to get your money back, but it's good you posted this. It has added to their many bad reports already.
With this new accusation, I will not be surprised again if there are new reports in the coming days or months, but hopefully, there will be no more.

if you had done just a quick google search to see if they good or not, you would have found a mountain of scam cases against them.

Would you mind sharing the screenshot where they still refuse to refund the money after depositing again to pass the amount required for a refund? That screenshot could be added to the evidence showing how shady they are.

They have been a problematic wallet for a long time now(at least as far as I know), and once in a while, someone would come here posting a complaint against that platform.
