Personally I wouldn't discuss anything cryptocurrency in public, not because it's unreasonable but because of privacy concerns. People might wrongly conclude that I'm a big player or I am already successful in it when I explain about it so beautifully and that alone may undermine my personal security.

I always prefer being very private with my involvement into crypto.
Exactly, discussing cryptocurrencies in public doesn't feel right to me, and it's all about privacy. I can't always do this, I want to inform people and discuss things, but I'm aware of the need to protect privacy, so I'm more careful now. I don't have to talk about it, it's healthier to talk about different topics and maintain communication.

Tea stalls are often a gathering place for people from various circles, and are also the most exciting place to discuss social issues, politics, and so on. I wouldn't start a conversation about crypto in public because crypto assets like Bitcoin have become part of everyday life and have a significant impact on the global economy. Therefore, it's best to maintain privacy in public because you never know who might be around you. Moreover, we already have the most credible place to discuss crypto issues. Here, we can discuss things more easily and support each other thanks to the emotional connections that naturally form among forum users.

I personally think it is pointless to talk about Bitcoin in a tea shop. Most of the people who sit in tea shops are not from our generation. They do not know much about Bitcoin. I do not think it is reasonable to talk about Bitcoin with them.

Though tea stalls are a place in our society where everything from politics to life stories and laughter is shared but I also think that discussing topics like cryptocurrency is not always appropriate in the place like tea stall. Because cryptocurrency is now not just an online trend but it is also deeply connected with the real economy, investment, and even personal privacy. And many times we do not know or are not able to know the motives or interests of the person sitting next to us that's why discussing about cryptocurrency openly can be risky. Better yet, we are exchanging arguments, information, and experiences in this forum which is the safest and most productive way. In this forum, everyone is getting the opportunity to learn from each other and an environment of mutual respect and understanding is being created that is not found in a tea stall conversation and is not possible in a tea stall. So I completely agree that safe and informed discussions are always best in the right place.

Sitting at a tea stall and talking about cryptocurrency seems illogical to me, because such modern topics are rarely discussed there. Usually, conversations at tea stalls revolve around politics, social issues, and diplomacy. So, discussing something like Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in that setting feels quite unreasonable, in my opinion. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Your opinions will surely encourage me to make even better posts in the future.
I don't see it as a bad thing to discuss cryptocurrencies sitting in a tea shop. But who you are discussing with is a big deal. You can definitely discuss with people who are interested in knowing and understanding about crypto and who will not be a reason for your insecurity in the future. You can also suggest the BitcoinTalk forum so that he can gain a clear understanding about crypto and Bitcoin.

It depends on the location of the tea stall. if the tea stall is located outside one of the brokerage firm than the talks will be about stocks and the market, if the tea stall is outside a corporate building than the talks will be about the office or job roles. There are a few crypto firms and I am sure tea stall outsides those firms will wander around crypto talks. It depends on the community entirely. If the tea stall is situated in a village than you can never expect crypto talks over there.

I personally would love to talk about cryptos while enjoying tea with cigarettes. I can spread awareness or just enjoy random talks about cryptos but it depends if the other party is interested in listening or-else they would just think I am bragging about something they have no interest in.

Hi bro, tea and coffee shops are free to talk about anything, about economics, crypto, politics, work and so on, the point is who you hang out with at the tea shop.

If you sit with fellow Crypto users, of course you talk about crypto, it doesn't matter if you talk about politics, in a situation like that you sit in a tea shop talking according to the situation.

In my experience, hanging out in tea/coffee shops is the best place to talk about crypto such as Bitcoin, because what we discuss is related to the economy and crypto market and so on.

You were likely in a collective bubble that was quite different from what we are used to here in Bitcoin space.
To encourage conversations on Bitcoin, you could create a "Coffee Shop" (for example), promote it on a decentralized online Bitcoin Marketplaces/Platforms that allow users to automatically connect mainly with local bitcoiners in physical space. With the right incentives the locals will visit the coffee shop to have some coffee, tea, herbal drinks, fruit juices, etc, plus have long/short chats or conversations on Bitcoin. You could have a radio or TV gently playing Bitcoin podcasts/news in the background. This should encourage more discussion on Bitcoin.

The shop payment method should be mainly in Bitcoin.

You can talk about cryptocurrency if you happen to be sitting with friends who share the same interest as you and are also actively trading cryptocurrency.
You have to open up first. Some folks are shy or hesitant to talk about their losses and portfolios, so they prefer not to discuss them and open up only to people they trust who will not judge them.
I am comfortable talking about my experience investing in cryptocurrency to a tea stall as long as our conversation stays between us and nothing leaks out, so I prefer to talk about it with close friends.
We can not avoid other people to pass by, so our convo can still leak out. When it comes to money talks like this, I think it is better to just do it on private places. For me, I am the one that is introvert, so I don't open up first. This is also better, so that I am safe for being blamed when someone wants to be involved in crypto. We should not be shy about our losses because acknowledging it can make us to improve. Only those people that needs to be shy are the people who only shows their positive result.

Discussions on Bitcoin and crypto currencies in most regions could pose a security risk in some ways and that's why it is better to discuss it with a close nit of friends, and in a more private place as compared to a tea stall where anyone can be any person just listening in to get some information.

Your safety as a crypto currency investor should come first always because it will make you maintain your investments without external influence over the strategies you use  or how you diversify your investment at a later time.
