Sitting at a tea stall and talking about cryptocurrency seems illogical to me, because such modern topics are rarely discussed there. Usually, conversations at tea stalls revolve around politics, social issues, and diplomacy. So, discussing something like Bitcoin or cryptocurrency in that setting feels quite unreasonable, in my opinion. I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Your opinions will surely encourage me to make even better posts in the future.

The Bitcoin community has grown through conversations among young people in coffee shops. Besides discussing political, social, and cultural issues, coffee shops have become hubs for the rapid dissemination of information among the community and the younger generation. Any information gathered on social media platforms is then shared in coffee shops around town, where the relaxed atmosphere of their discussions sometimes lasts until late at night. Economic topics are also discussed, with Bitcoin as a key theme in the future, one that will change their destiny. Therefore, I believe coffee shops play a significant role in the development of the Bitcoin community. The Bitcoin community among the younger generation uses coffee shops as a place to grow.

You can talk about cryptocurrency if you happen to be sitting with friends who share the same interest as you and are also actively trading cryptocurrency.
You have to open up first. Some folks are shy or hesitant to talk about their losses and portfolios, so they prefer not to discuss them and open up only to people they trust who will not judge them.
I am comfortable talking about my experience investing in cryptocurrency to a tea stall as long as our conversation stays between us and nothing leaks out, so I prefer to talk about it with close friends.

Your idea is really good you’ve beautifully explained how coffee shops have become centers for young people’s discussions, where new ideas are born, especially about Bitcoin and the future of the economy.
However, it’s very important to maintain balance when discussing Bitcoin or cryptocurrency.

Tea and coffee shop discussions are meant to be light hearted and not serious ones like how to make money from crypto currency. You would be better off not revealing your ventures into crypto unless you are willing to risk your neck to robbers.

Then again, where to discuss when you have problems about crypto? This forum obviously, it gives you some level of anonymity and everyone here likes that and takes that privilege.

On another note, when someone picks up discussion on crypto, just go quiet and listen what the rest of the people are doing - remember the famous line from Kali Linux - the quieter you become the more you hear.

Is not unreasonable if the discussion take place there, although a more private and non public areas are very good to have the discussion but when work does not give the chance apart from the one you have at the tea stall you will definitely use the time to discuss about it if you want to, a tea stall is a place without a limitation of any kind of person but is not a place people use to be very loud because is very quiet and you can hardly hear anything the next person is saying except they intentionally want to be too audible for the hearing of anybody close to there table, if the place was unreasonable somebody wouldn't take there work on there laptop to be doing while they are taking there tea when anybody could see it. If there is some implications it would also affect having a discussion about politics because there could also be conflict when someone who disagree with your political interest is there.

It's a bit weird that you think there are set places to talk about set topics. If you're in a jacuzzi or skiing on the side of the mountain and you decide to talk about cryptocurrency, why does it matter? You mention politics, diplomacy, etc. which can lead to all sorts of dramatic and controversial conversations, but crypto also feeds into those subjects because it is just how technology is progressing within civilization. I am struggling to understand the context, I guess the equivalent in some countries would be "at the water cooler" which is usually much more casual conversation and not serious subjects you mentioned.

The discussion could be fruitful if the right people are around. If you are fortunate to be around people who have an interest in crypto, you would have a good discussion. Many people don't have an interest in Bitcoin, and discussing with them will be a waste of time. People might even think you are a scammer if you introduce a discussion about cryptocurrency. They don't believe that such a currency is legitimate. Maybe because they are misinformed or have been scammed.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on this. Your opinions will surely encourage me to make even better posts in the future.

Your post is not bad, but there is still room to improve.  I suggest you should concentrate more on reading information from the forum than starting threads.

Yes, seeing my example, your opinion may not necessarily be influenced in the same way, because crypto is a platform where things can be conveyed in various hints or signals. Considering that aspect, your statement can be regarded as somewhat acceptable.

I don't know what country you're from, what the security situation is like there, or how many bitcoins you own. But I think crypto has become popular and investing in it is like stocks or gold. If we are comfortable talking and discussing other investments, there is no reason to be nervous when talking about cryptocurrencies.

As long as we don't share or brag about our balances, and just discuss, exchange and share knowledge with each other. I think we will be safe.
