First I don't think Bitcoin.com97 was making Bitcoin less of a priority... And secondly it best to first settle your basic needs and responsibilities and then invest from what ever extra money that it left... Bitcoin is a long term investment and so you need to invest in such way that wouldn't lead to you eventually selling your holding simply because your needs weren't met... The key to building a Bitcoin portfolio is consistency and yeah you could very well  achieve this by using even little amounts...
