Many are complaining how gambling is hoting many nigerias but Nigeria is not even among in the top 10 countries of deep gambling habit my question is would gamblings ever stopped, because to me the more people are suffering from gambling many are enjoying it making money from it too so it seems the more we think it will end the more strategies bet company brings to make sure their company move more wider.

Before I checked the link I already knew that the Philippines is included in the list and I wasn't surprised to see it because I experienced it first hand. Gambling is an old activity that even happened while the Christian Christ was nailed on a cross and the soldiers had to gamble for his possessions. I doubt it would stop now when countries see how much revenue it generates and how it does contribute to their society.

I am not surprised that some of these countries are on the list of the worlds biggest gambling countries, maybe because they have legalized gambling, although some have specific, or quite strict regulations. However, it is clear that gambling is still possible in these countries, so the data will clearly show the results. Gambling will still exist, even like in my country where gambling is banned, but it still exists, what happened to Nigeria is new and growing rapidly to hype so that the mentality of its citizens is not ready with how to treat gambling properly and correctly, most of them expect huge returns by betting, so they risk everything they have to get a win which in the end will only bring themselves into bankruptcy.

Therefore, it is important to first improve the understanding of how to gamble responsibly, and society will suffer less from people who are addicted to it.

Except you are saying beyond what we may have known as gambling there is another definition else I refuse to agree that gambling is human nature, every gambler at a time in their lives go learning how to gamble, so it is more like an acquired traits and not one which by default a gambler is supposed to have had originally. That been said most African countries are not as heavy on gambling when compared to their European counterparts and that could tell why there are some gambling platforms you don't find in Africa but you will in Europe, maybe the casino see that they will generate more revenue there than they would here, but the involvement and awareness of gambling is on the fast and rapid growth around Africa going by what some casinos who operate within the regions have established.

Gambling is here to stay, it has been here for over a longtime. Gambling has been in existence before your sports game and every other games you can think about. It is possible gambling can be banned or restricted over sometime but it doesn't mean it will stop gambling.  People may be affected because of how they go into gambling but this doesn't mean gambling will come to end because of this negative effect in gambling,  instead those who are being affected by gambling have no choice to adjust and gamble the right way.  Gambling is not a problem rather we are the problem because of how we understand it and go about it.
