There are many times that the gambling site will give the person the initial deposit but not let him be able to withdraw the amount won. There are people that want to cheat on gambling sites.

It's simply their way of avoiding significant losses by not paying out the gamblers who hit the big jackpots. I agree with you about how such fraud could possibly occur.

It's certainly highly unlikely because gambling is like a bank, meaning there's a lot of money circulating in it. If gambling could be hacked in some way, many casinos would go bankrupt, and this would be major news.
So, I'm convinced that this fraud is simply a ploy by the casinos to avoid paying out. This is why we're always advised to look for reputable casinos.

I don't see anything wrong in using a multiple account since the winning was justified.
Winning is only on one account and there is no way the player would have rigged the game to win since the games are pre coded in such a way that players have the option to only choose selections and place a bet making it inaccessible.

So this must be a way of trying to defraud winners of their winnings by using baseless accusations to taint their authenticity and protect their finances.
No one would want to be a victim of this incident but it is very much advisable to play with trusted and popular sites to avoid such incidents from happening.

Creating multiple account to abuse deposit bonus? That must be the dumbest gambler ever...
No smart people will try to cheat deposit bonus because it is really hard to complete the wagering requirement and the chance for people to complete wagering is like 1:1000
So who the hell in this world is willing to take a big risk of losing money for something which has no guarantee of making money such as deposit bonus?

I haven't seen such a specific case in a while, but it's very often that casinos deny the winning rewards and sometimes the deposit amount too, without providing any valid evidence that the user violated the one account per household rule. Casinos hide under they can't share the sensitive details on a public forum, while the affected party can't do anything at all in that case.

Pick the right casino, don't get trapped by the lucrative bonus and avoid using free VPN, which is one of the main reasons why users are suspected of multiple accounts.

It is possible that it has happened but we've not heard of it because maybe such a person did not choose to pursue and follow up their winning by making complaints online and maybe just accepted that that was his fate. Some people can actually be that, because they have assumed that they cannot win the casino after such an accusation has been made. They just accept the frustration and move on to another casino, or just stop playing.

I think cheating on slots in an online casino is much more difficult than cheating on slots in a physical casino. I have heard some cases where gamblers used fake coins to cheat on a slot machine in an offline casino.

This can not be comprehend if you have not had one experienced similar cases but paraventurely if we have to diagnose the cause of why some casinos refuses to pay players with the big wins, then we should look up to the TOS of the casinos and also lookout to the point where the player is being defaulted if YES, the player actually went against the casinos rules.

There are casinos that does not support more than one account per player, some are KYC requirements, also as regional restrictions and as well against the use of AI to invade the site.

Regarding the "being accused a cheater", I have not seen one also especially if it's about multi-accounting. But the online casinos and online sports bookies won't put it in their terms and conditions if it hasn't happened yet. I believe they know that a loophole can happen if one creates two accounts and they let it be.

I have read some accusations where gamblers complained that the casino they won a huge amount on have deny them withdrawal, I can not remember if the reason was because of cheating but there are other factors that causes it. What I know is that, a reputable casino would never block a customer's account and denying them withdrawal after they must have won a huge amount, if that happens, it must have been caused my a significant default of the casino rules and the casino will have to clarify what the problem was.
