I have played at epicbet and made a withdrawal but they didn't ask for KYC, I'm a little confused because they mentioned the first withdrawal, does it also apply to subsequent withdrawals, I will ask them again, I'm delaying my deposit because of KYC reasons, hopefully there will be no KYC request so I can participate in the poker contest

I think @God Of Thunder is more suitable to answer such queries. AFAIK platform can ask you KYC at any point of time however as I said previously, it is not mandatory. This is also strange to me that KYC is not required for 1st cashout and required for subsequent cashouts. Usually, it is totally opposite of that. BTW we already have 7 players registered for this event  .

Thanks, memehunter, but I am not the right person to answer this, actually. I've invited our official Epicbet representative to leave a comment, and here we are. Actually, the KYC trigger is random. Even if the support says the KYC is not required for the first withdrawal, I don't think it is reliable enough. I triggered the KYC process on my first withdrawal, likely because I had a significant win on a slot, and they required me to verify my account before proceeding with the withdrawal.

The KYC can be triggered at any time, as EpicCharles already mentioned. So if you win big, you may trigger the KYC as well.

I made a withdrawal on this platform, I need to wait for 72 hours as the customer service told me.
I made a withdrawal with USDT, its bben a  long wait for me, i thought it is the system on their withdrawal.
After 3 hours of waiting and the status was still pending. Then i checked my email.
I received a message asking me to do KYC. I did! once done in less than 10 mins, i got my money
I will try again tomorrow, coz  i need to reg with our poker tournament.

Honestly, this tournament is really hard to skip. The problem is I'm stuck with the KYC. They already asked me to complete it when I joined their no-deposit promo, but I haven't finished it until now. Is there any chance to skip the KYC requirement? Like, if I deposit and play with real money? The tournament starts in a few days, but I'm still not sure about joining.

If the KYC is already triggered, I think there is no way to skip it. I also triggered the KYC with a big slot multiplier a few weeks ago, and I reached out to my contact to see if they could help me skip the KYC process, but he couldn't help because it is handled by a different team (Security and Finance), which is not in his hands. Moreover, since they are regulated casinos and bookmakers, they must follow the standard procedures to comply with the rules of their license providers. I am afraid to inform you that, if the KYC has already been triggered, I doubt EpicCharles will be able to skip it for you.

The deposit should only be eligible if you've done it after this registration thread has been made. There's nothing like a quota of the spot, so no worries on that one, you should follow the rules stated in the registration thread to be eligible.
