A warm welcome to this forum, absolutely great to have you guys here, and I just want to say that this is an amazing idea, having an exchange where everything in the stock market is pegged to bitcoin is absolutely a great idea for an exchange.

This is like the first exchange that have actually made the bold move to replace the dollar with bitcoin, and I can only but wish the project a huge success, will take a look at the site, see how to try the exchange and come back with a review if need be.

I see that at the moment only two perpetual swaps are available for trading: PAXG and the S&P 500. Which new instruments are you planning to add first - equities?

In my view, perpetual swaps on major fiat currencies would be even more relevant. I trade Bitcoin against different national currencies, and I really lack proper hedging tools. Almost everywhere, only BTCUSD perps are available. As a result, I have to hedge in two steps: first against the US dollar on crypto exchanges, and then through forex dealers using USD pairs against other currencies.

I join in welcoming them. I also thought it was a good idea, and I see that they have more services in the pipeline, such as earning yield by depositing your bitcoin and obtaining loans based on your bitcoin. Needless to say here that we must remember 'not your keys not your coins' but if the site earns enough trust it can be OK to use a percentage of your bitcoin holdings to use these services.

It looks like the start of a project that could become big.

I just visited the website, and it looks neat and easy to navigate. Someone who visits a platform for the first time would probably want the UI to be user-friendly and easy so that they don't need to struggle to find anything they are looking for in it, so that's a good thing.

Well, best of luck to Roxom, and I hope it emerges as a successful platform.

This means that it's now possible to invest in the stock market using bitcoin, right? I am seriously asking this question because i guess many users can't figure out the concept in deep, as many of them noticed the project after lunching the signature campaign today. Someone had to read the comments here to fully understand the concept. This is why i suggest adding tutorials or descriptive video to guide users how to properly use the platform with a brief explanation about the concept of Roxom combining stock market with the crypto market.

I will keep an eye to this project and waiting to read more opinions. Warm Welcome Roxom and wish you best of luck.

The concept looks quite interesting especially the idea of trading traditional markets like the S&P 500 in BTC terms. Being able to long or short assets such as stocks, commoditiesnor indices against Bitcoin gives traders more flexibility and new ways to manage risk. I had a look at the website as well and the interface seems clean and easy to use. Roxom has a simple UI always helps especially for new users who don’t want to spend too much time figuring out how the platform works. Wishing Roxom good luck with the launch. Looking forward to seeing how the project develops over time.

Bitcoin has an increasing adoption since January 2024 with Bitcoin Spot ETF approvals in USA, and Bitcoin market has matured more, and become more likely traditional market recent months. It's good to bring products to trade Bitcoin and traditional assets together so Roxom are building up great products for many people.

It's good to bring products to trade Bitcoin and traditional assets together so Roxom are building up great products for many people.

Right, ETF is one of the options, shares of companies like StrategyBTC is another decision of indirect investment and we can name a lot more options, because global players are very interested in Bitcoin nowadays. There are even Bitcoin reserves formed in some countries already. So having an option of direct trading of popular classical assets with Bitcoin is a very actual idea.

I am looking forward to the spot market. Is there any information about when the spot market on Roxom will be available?
I am not familiar with futures trading. Although sometimes I also trade on the futures market with small leverage. And the futures market is indeed the most popular one right now. However, I prefer a relaxed trading style in the spot market. I hope it will be available soon.

I’ll share my first impressions of Roxom

UI/UX: Modern design and really easy to use, straight to the point without distractions.

Random thoughts: the purple color made me 'unconsciously' remember Nubank (NYSE: NU), a major Brazilian digital bank, which made purple become a symbol of money (similar to what Bitcoin did with the orange color).. so I guess people will easily remember Roxom for its color.

KYC: I was expecting a slow KYC verification since I registered my account on holidays, but it was approved instantly (shoutout to Sumsub’s solution)

Referral Program: Since Roxom is a new exchange, this is a great opportunity for influencers to farm referrals, both in terms of quantity and quality

Investors: For me, this is Roxom's business card.. some names like Draper Associates (founded by Tim Draper) are globally well known.. as a Brazilian, 2TM also stands out since they control one of the oldest and largest local Bitcoin exchanges (Mercado Bitcoin/MB)..

Trading: I didn't have time to properly trade because I'm a little AFK due to Christmas/New Year’s celebrations.. however I'm really interested in farming funding rates (right now 2.2%/8h on the US500BTC ).. I hope the spot market launches soon so we can do this all in just one place.

I’m also looking forward to the launch of the tokenized markets..

Documents: I did a little research there (to find out the funding rate timings) and found it well organized and easy to navigate.


Final thoughts: Besides all that, it's great to have an exchange on Bitcointalk interacting with its users.

I have now taken a look at the site myself. The design is appealing and modern, but spot trading is unfortunately not yet available and is still listed as “coming soon”, i hope Roxom can share a timeline?

As soon as spot trading is available, I will register with the exchange and gain further experience.

To sign up and learn more you are not forced to trade immediately. Many things like Rulebook are free to read even without signing in. I'm sure spot trading will be added soon, but things take time to be implemented most safely for the users. Roxom is making the thing which is rather new on the market and, as to me, I prefer everything to go as safe as possible rather than fast.
