Was there ever a time when the price of bitcoin jumped high enough that someone could end up with millions worth of bitcoin from giveaways and airdrops? I know bitcoin has had such a big growth from when it first became a thing but I don't think a change this high has ever happened in the history of bitcoin, not in the time frame you pointed out.
It's not even likely to have happened in a matter of months so happening in s matter of weeks is unrealistic, even back then. What you can say is that if someone was able to get bitcoin then with the value at the time then that person's bitcoin will be worth millions now, that took years to happen but it's the reality we are living in today.
And the potential for bitcoin to still grow further that what you buy with very little today migtens up being worth millions in the near future is very much possible.
Maybe there was a time like that, but the price was not significant like it's today. Many people gave out Bitcoin for free, faucet where sharing Bitcoin for just visiting their websites. If some of those Bitcoins were kept till now, they would be worth more than a million, unfortunately, they sold their Bitcoin for pennies. I'm not sure if there is a wallet that earns Bitcoin for simple task that still controls their wallet address, most likely, the Bitcoin might still be there, but they can't access it again because they don't have the keys.
The good old days are gone, I'm not sure if there are any legit projects that airdrop Bitcoin as giveaways. The centralised exchanges that do promotions don't share sats with people because they fear the controversy that surrounds Bitcoin, they don't want to be accused of using customers Bitcoin for giveaways, which is why you see stable coins an alts for promotions.
If you want to make a fortune out of Bitcoin and print millions, you will have to invest millions, it's now Energy for Energy.
