 Isn't it too late to be asking this question? I mean I get it that people would want to get their bearings right when it comes to the right coin in which to invest in but TBH, we've gone past that "is Bitcoin the right one" question. For crying out loud this is 2025 and for us to still talk about Bitcoin in this year, it means that it has beat all odds. Also if it's because it has experienced some downfalls that's why people are sceptical, then they don't need to bother trying in the first place because volatility is the middle name of Bitcoin so why not just either join the train or be left on the fence wondering about what would have been if you had just taken the risk and begun your journey?

People's expectations are very high in this year halvings, but to my own understanding, I'm convinced that it happened because bitcoin shut to a new all time I to $126k

Why not, bitcoin worth more than this because check how it all started, it went from growth to value. What is just needed in Bitcoin a patience and resilience, according to the experts they even citing $150k plus before the end of the year which is still possible.

For me, bitcoin is still exciting because the price keeps increasing overtime and creating new ATH. Those shinny stuffs are not real because it's not everything that glitters is gold. You can invest in bitcoin any time you are ready but the earlier the better because you will buy cheaper than later. The speculation aspect of bitcoin is the fun.

It is always good to invest in bitcoin if your aim is not to spend the bitcoin within a short time.

It is too late, bitcoin have been on the run up since two years now, the time to cool down is imminent, watch out for price action in coming months to start buying again, I expect the next October of 2026 to be the best time to start buying bitcoin again, but then again, this is just my own advise, been wrong is possible.

This question was asked at $1, $10, $100, $1000, $10k and is still asked when it's over $100k, and it will still be asked when it gets to $1 million. I don't blame those who doubted Bitcoin when it was just about a $100, but still doubting after seeing how far Bitcoin has come and what it has survived means Bitcoin might not be for you.
Before the halving, the ATH was $69k; after the halving, Bitcoin has gotten to $126k, and this is after Bitcoin went as low as below 20k. So if, after all that, you still doubt because of a little dip that puts the price at just above $100k, then I don't know what else to say to you.

And, I don't believe the bull run has ended, btw. This dip doesn't change that.

the heavy dip that occurred in bitcoin few weeks ago have raised a lot questions, including this particular one you just asked, if bitcoin is still worth investing on? and according to what I heard from those who have been in the bitcoin journey for quite a reasonable years, they said that Bitcoin has not dip like this before, and up till now Bitcoin has not yet recovered from that dip, but that shouldn't be a problem provided you are investing in bitcoin for long term, because the Bitcoin market will still recover just with time, and IMO I suggest that investors should see this drama dip as a buying opportunity to start accumulating bitcoin aggressively and hold. Bitcoin is a very good project, and anyone who partake in the bitcoin project has nothing to regret, so buy now and hold, and  if you haven't yet get started with bitcoin you better make haste, because it's not too late to get started, and the more investors enters the Bitcoin market, the more Bitcoin grow in price and reach new all time high.

If you have read about Bitcoin history you wouldn't be asking this question like this.

It has always been like this with Bitcoin over the years and that's why it's said that many people doubted Bitcoin and it seems there are still people who doubt it till date. I was surprised to see how Bitcoin growth has been and more surprised to see how it has crashed after reaching several heights but still it always find a way or another to increase in value again and gradually it crossed over $100k.

I recently understand that there are good and bad days with Bitcoin as it is everywhere and no one is forced to invest in Bitcoin. My advice is that if you think Bitcoin is not worth investing in then you can try something else but Bitcoin has already proven it's worth long ago. It always been recommended to invest on Bitcoin, but it only depends on your risk risk appetite and understanding since this is not a quick rich scheme which somehow think by some newbies around.

But I don't know why you even think about that it didn't pump much this year. While in fact Bitcoin made significant run and reach new ATH for this year. Maybe what you mean is you have seen some dumps happening and that's normal cycle on Bitcoin.

There is no exact time for you to invest in Bitcoin. Any time, any day, you can always invest, and we know how bitcoin works already, and this is even what makes it more interesting because the price will drop and still increase so there are ways that you will do your thing, and it will favor you because bitcoin is already, an asset that most times the price can not be predicted because of circumstances not everyone know this and that is why they think the price is the problem.

It's no longer waiting for the dip; you can buy anytime you want, because that way you will take advantage of the market, and with DCA, you can make an entry any time you want instead of just waiting for the price to drop for you to buy. Things are now changing, they are no longer like before again. It was surprising that it took people this long to be able to have discover DCA.

The year 2025 is coming to the end, it's already a half of November and do you see your question is too late?

With only one and a half month, your question should be for the next year 2026 or even some years in the future. About investment, it is for long term so your question needs to be asked for several years from 2026 to 2030 and even longer than that.

Focus on 4-year cycle of Bitcoin market that is trigger by each Bitcoin halving, and you can make your investment plan very well by yourself, no need to ask whether it is worth to invest money in Bitcoin in this year.

Use your money for DCA in several years, and you can get good investment profit.

Yes, Bitcoin is still worth buying for years to come. Although every price is good to buy BTC, it is advisable to buy during the ATH price or when the market greed level is at a high level, but you can buy when there's fear in the market, like what the market is currently experiencing, and I will advise you to buy when it hits another lower low.

Maybe you don't do the calculation very well, or you're among the Bitcoiners who expected much from BTC to reach $200K price range due to the ETF, and the federal reserve presented by some government, which technically shouldn't be expected based on the model of operation.
