It has given room for decentralisation, encryption and a lot of security measures that has made the internet grow... That is why cryptography is a core component on tech nowadays... Bitcoin didn't pump much? Are you serious? Bitcoin's price went around $16k during the bear market, and went up to $125k in the bull run, and you say that it didn't pump much. How much do you think is 'much'? You can't expect Bitcoin to do a 10x in a single cycle, that's too much to ask from it considering the fact that it's value is pretty high already, and when an asset has a higher value, it will have a hard time and require more investment to grow very high in price from that point.

An asset might reach $10 from $1 more easily, but it won't be able to reach $200k from $20k the same way, because it requires more force to pull the price up once the value is higher. So, Bitcoin's pump in this cycle was more than enough, and even though some people are still optimistic that we will still see another layer of the bull run in 2026, I'm not that much hopeful seeing the constant declines in the market, and I believe we are moving back towards the bear market now, and people should prepare for that.

If you think Bitcoin is not worth investing on in this 2025 or even next year when the price could still fall below this year's all time low, then you have to sit back and watch what happens in the next bull market, that's 4 years from now. If you buy Bitcoin this year at the price of $100k, then probably in 2028 the price is $250k, tell me that that's not a good profit that was made in 4 years? You don't have to invest into Bitcoin if you think it's not worth, if you are in favour of the AI  investment that you are making reference to, you can get on with it.

Tell me a valid reason why Bitcoin investment isn't worth anymore? Yes, we have everything like ETFs, even countries reserving Bitcoin. But is that the reason Bitcoin investment isn't worth it? Rather, I will say this is the reason to invest in Bitcoin. More adaptation, more value – it's simple. Bitcoin doesn't always pump; due to volatile behaviour, it will definitely move up or down. Doesn't mean it will never pump again.

So you expect Bitcoin just to pump constantly? Does Bitcoin need a story to pump? Even with all the adaptation done, Bitcoin would increase. Because more people have been getting introduced to Bitcoin day by day, it means more people will invest. The demand for Bitcoin will increase, which means the price will increase as well. Imagine after five years Bitcoin users would double, then think either it will pump the price or not.

haha exactly I feel the same its like everyone is chasing the next big thing and forgetting that bitcoin has been here through everything crashes hype everything and its still standing its kinda nice to just chill and watch it grow slowly I think patience really pays off and even small investments add up over time its not about timing the market but just being consistent and believing in it feels good to be part of it without all the noise.

But anyways, I do believe every year is worth investing in bitcoin, most especially when the price was still below $50k or $30k, we could have reap huge profits by now. Now since the price drops below $100k, this is a good opportunity to enter the market and just do DCA in the next days to come. You don't have to go all-in, but regular DCAing will definitely lead to a highly successful and bigger profits ahead.

Without knowing your goal, it's impossible to know whether buying Bitcoin right now is better compared to moving your funds to other assets. You can't expect to see bitcoin price constantly making a sudden price increase, that's only rare to happen. Most of the time, it moves up slightly but surely, that is why we are seeing bitcoin price growing its value from time to time, especially if there's a big factor that could influence positively the price of bitcoin. And with that, I can tell that bitcoin is worth our money and time.

Moreover, we are seeing consistent price drop for bitcoin. It could be a negative scene for long term hodlers but for newcomers in the market, this could be a perfect market entry and purchase a good amount of bitcoin.

All these you mentioned are just trends, and after some time they will disappear into oblivion. The NFT market has faded off. It's no more attractive, and I think ETFs and AI may do the same in the future. But Bitcoin, on the other hand, may experience momentary dips, but it cannot fade. Hence, I think it's best to invest in Bitcoin rather than going with trends.

Yes it still worth to invest in bitcoin because it hasn't even reached it's peak yet and no one knows the highest price it will reach, surely it is going to surpass many highs. I know the price is very high instead you can be accumulating little by little with your DCA funds. This DCA funds will protect you from unnecessary noise from the market and it also gives you good opportunities to buy when Bitcoin is at high price or low price.

I completely agree with the first part. And as for the second sentence, it's not even necessary. You already have a bunch of shitcoins or AI stocks that you can bet on to see if they'll give you that quick 10x return. The thing about those kinds of investments is that if they can give you a quick 10x return, they can also give you a /10 return just as quickly, if not faster.

Yeah I totally understand where you're coming from, it actually feels like the hype about Bitcoin died down a lot, and AI has been getting all the attention lately. But trust me, that is also when Bitcoin tends to do its best work, Bitcoin is just quietly setting up for the next big move while people are just distracted. The hype is not down, and let me tell you something: there is no time you can’t invest in Bitcoin. You can always invest in Bitcoin, but as it stands, if you invest and wait for a long time, you will definitely get profit regardless of how much you think you invest.

I just think the reason why the OP is saying so is that he didn’t have much knowledge and he needs more clarification on whether it is late or not.  If not, anybody who has the knowledge of Bitcoin knows there is no certain time to invest in Bitcoin as long as you are in for a long time.
