So it’s 2025 already… we’ve been through everything — halvings, ETFs, institutions buying, all that.

But I keep thinking, is Bitcoin still even worth it now?

This kind of question also arose when Bitcoin was first introduced, and now we should also say whether it's worth it. If you're hoping for hype in your crypto investment journey, then you shouldn't take this approach because NFTs and metaverses have lost their place, and perhaps this isn't a smart investment approach, because what we're hoping for is growth, not just a one-time hype that fades away.
Bitcoin still has quite a lot of investment potential, and perhaps it's not because of its rising price, but rather because of its continued growth year after year.

Take part in Bitcoin's growth, even if your capital is limited, and you'll see the results of your plans.
It's not a question of being late or not, because all you need to do is start and develop a strategy so your investment can continue to grow over time.

BTC didn’t pump much these years tbh, AI stocks went crazy instead.

And who is to say that AI stocks won’t go down massively in the future? The upside might not be as great as before for short term speculators because it’s not designed to make you rich overnight, but there are still reasons to hold Bitcoin. If you want to preserve your purchasing power, then BTC is a better choice than fiat. Stocks might go up over time but they can be easily diluted. For diversification purposes, you want to hold at least some Bitcoin.

Whenever Bitcoin price is high, it's people desire to see decrease in Bitcoin price so they can buy. Now price has considerably gone done and it's ideal time for most of us to buy Bitcoin. But the sad aspect is that majority refuses to buy Bitcoin at reduced price due to FUD in the market. This is not new thing in Bitcoin market and it will be a big mistake if we don't to buy at current price. We have seen this year price falling to 75000$ and then touching new ATH in October. That's why it's important to buy at dip.
You know how they say, "everyone gets the bitcoin price they deserve".

Regarding the question, I've been hearing it since 2013 when I got interested in bitcoin, and answer is still yes. You won't anymore get rich by investing few hunbdreds of dollars, but at least you will protect value of your money which is also pretty good.

With Bitcoin dropping over $40k in less than 45 days, I think that once again, there is a pretty good opportunity for new marginally buyers to start coming into the market. In the past, Bitcoin has always shown that it can recover some of its lost value after the pro cell dipped for a period of time which is why I do think that anybody buying now is doing themselves and the rest future selves a huge favor.

I think for everyone else who has interest in investing in bitcoin for a long period of time, this is about the time they should see as their bargain time to invest. Now we are sitting around 87,000 dollars after what experts will call a brutal slide from over 120k usd back in September which is roughly around 30% in less than just two months and like the tradition used to be after every major crash like this one since 2011 the price use to bounce back and when it does it comes back harder turning those who bought patiently into into quite winners, some in hundreds of dollars or even more.

So in as much as you are not chasing quick flips or looking for how to be impatient greedy with the system, then you should try and invest now and grow it gently until you become satisfied with what you've accumulated then you can go ahead and sell it off then use the money to achieve what was your target.

This has actually been the best investment strategy so far for all new Bitcoin investors. Unlike altcoins, which mostly never recover once their price drops, Bitcoin has a history of successful comebacks after major price declines, reaching new all-time highs and beyond. Therefore, new investors who didn't want to buy when Bitcoin was expensive now have a great opportunity to buy Bitcoin while it's cheap and make a profit later when its price rises again.

Bitcoin reclaimed $90k today. This is the kind of rebound Bitcoin investors want to see. Like I said a couple of days ago when Bitcoin was at $83k, I still believe the job isn't finished and that Bitcoin is still in a position to go higher in the near-so-distant future. There would also be people who agree that Bitcoin's fair value is above $100k and anything below that is basically free.

Few hundreds of dollars can become big if the DCA is planned for few years, even a $100 into Bitcoin every single month for 5 to 10 years can make someone rich, price actions will never be the same, and there will be time where the person will be getting better rate of satoshis on every $100 power purchase, in these months there will be bear market times where Bitcoin will be very cheap too, which will result in more satoshis. I believe that few hundreds of dollars still have that purchasing power to get someone rich.

In order for you to become rich by investing $100 per month for 10 years, bitcoin price would have to go up like x100, which I think you gonna agree is a little bit unrealistic.

But even without getting rich, its still worth it to invest as chances are your money will be worth more.

If bitcoin didn’t worth it, then which coin worths it? I will say bitcoin is still the best coin which you can invest in, just because bitcoin didn’t pump this year doesn’t mean bitcoin doesn’t worth it, you can’t expect bitcoin to keep on pumping always, there are some time which the price is going to be stable, and sometimes we going to be experiencing dump in market, and sometimes bitcoin price is going to be high, so because bitcoin price didn’t increase so much this year doesn’t mean bitcoin is going to remain like that.

With every trend that passes by each year. Just expect that the next questions for the next coming years will be the same.

And going back to date a few years ago, I've heard the same thing if it's still worth it to invest in Bitcoin.

I think that I'll still hear and read people asking if it's worth it once Bitcoin reaches $500k to $1M and even when it becomes more expensive.

2025 is a year that Bitcoin hard it best market price and at the same time most dipped market dump also happened in 2025,.
But if you ask to make a choice based on the corrent Price of Bitcoin in the current time of this year 2025 then I will say you can buy Bitcoin now and be at advantage since Bitcoin price is at a discounted level right now.

It is never possible to have hype in crypto all the time, but if an investor tries to invest only in the hope of hype, there will definitely be a risk of loss. It is normal that the market will stabilize somewhat after a bullish movement. Those who are not aware of this are disappointed. If someone has a good understanding of Bitcoin, then he will understand that if there is a big fall in Bitcoin, then a bigger hype can arise again, which helps to create a new ATH in the market.

Investors should remember that the supply of Bitcoin is limited but its demand is gradually increasing. Along with ETFs, halving, the number of institutional investors is often increasing. Therefore, it can be said for sure that the price of Bitcoin will continue to increase soon. One must be patient while investing. Bitcoin will not always follow the same trend. Since the market is somewhat stable now, one should not lose confidence in it, but should prepare oneself for the next bullish movement.

If an investor thinks that he will protect his money from the harmful effects of inflation, he should start accumulating Bitcoin today. Suppose you have set a period of 10 years and have started DCA through discretionary income to accumulate Bitcoin. During this period, Bitcoin will be accumulated in your portfolio every week or every month and you will get a huge holding at some point. But if you plan to accumulate fiat for these 10 years, then it will continue to deteriorate due to the effect of inflation. Although the dollar is such a strong currency all over the world, it has depreciated by about 10 pct in 2025 alone. If you consider the fiat of other countries, the amount of depreciation will be much higher. From that point of view, accumulating Bitcoin is a best strategy and the best investment.

Bitcoin is best held for the long term, those who want to get rich quick can also lose money quickly. However, if you hold Bitcoin, there is a high degree of certainty that in the future there will definitely be benefits from Bitcoin, but you will notice that those who are speculators will be greedy for your money.
From now on, you can use Bitcoin to buy regularly and follow the DCA method, it will be possible to buy Bitcoin regularly and it will become much easier to keep it for a long time.

No doubt, Bitcoin is greatest way for the long term holding if you comparison with altcoin regarding how higher increasing and possibility faster recovery between bitcoin and altcoin. Bitcoin not new hype moment such as many kinds of altcoin exactly if you choose or make investment at meme coins, usually short moment of meme coins for uptrend then will drop drastically with difficult moment waiting for raising to higher price.
You can buy or investing in bitcoin with many kinds method and priority which one worth for you, you can buy with DCA or waiting bitcoin correction buy all out then hold it for longer time until bitcoin raise to higher price in the future. I buy bitcoin regular depend on my financial after receiving salary from my office spent around $300 for investing in bitcoin every month.

It is a good thing to invest in bitcoin with the mindset of holding for a long term .Also investing in bitcoin with the mindset of making quick profit, will only make us to lose money. It is more safer to hold bitcoin for a long term than short term trading. However, it will be wrong to think that holding bitcoin for long term eliminate the potential of risk of losing our assets. Long term holding doesn't guarantee successful investment.
