I understand the excitement from your thread. I was able to access the platform, and I must admit that, honestly, this is one of the nicest and cleanest UIs I have seen in a while. I mean, I really liked it. It appears that the casino also offers in-house games, and the design is quite distinctive. I've just signed up and verified my email address. I have not made any deposits yet, but I checked the in-house games by visiting, and as I mentioned earlier, I liked the design a lot. I just noticed that a new player must wager $200 to be eligible to chat. However, I was unable to find a way to contact the support team. Don't you have LiveChat on the website yet? If not, you should have it as soon as possible.

It's kind of VPN restrictions. I am wondering how you will detect the origin of the connection when using a VPN, because VPNs are used to hide the origin of the connection through a proxy network. So you will see the proxy IP on your website panel. I can understand users could use a VPN where Zesty Bet isn't restricted, which means using a free VPN that doesn't allow selecting a specific country can't be use. You should clearly explain it in your terms. Just don't block an account for breaking terms before explaining the terms in detail. However, it seems you are in a hurry. Your presence on Bitcointalk should be professional, no matter you need more times to make everything ready. Because the first impression is the last impression, as I always think. Hope your marketing team is experienced enough to brand your platform; it's very important before a massive promotion. Also be honest if users face any difficulties regarding VPN.

Looking at the Tos there is no mention of mandatory KYC when withdrawing, but this is not certain which one is correct because I myself did not find it in the rules. 1.4. You warrant that all information provided in your application is true and accurate. Zesty.Bet may require you to submit adequate KYC documentation such as a copy of your passport, your drive licence, proof of address or tax residence at its sole discretion and you agree to provide such information. If you refuse to provide any requested document, Zesty.Bet may suspend or terminate your account. You further acknowledge that Zesty.Bet may disclose your information and/or documents to legal or government authorities following an official request.
4.6 We may also suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if we are unable to fully verify your identity via our KYC requirements, or we receive a request to do so by the police, any regulatory authority, or court.
That's the rule about KYC.
