Hello, the user https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=3641796 is the owner of this scam casino. The essence of the complaint – I recently registered and made bets on this site, yesterday I decided to withdraw money, but the withdrawal immediately went to review. Nobody replied to me in the live chat for 7 hours, I wrote in their Discord channel, made one more ticket in the live chat, and they told me they were reviewing my withdrawal. As a result, today I noticed that I was logged out of my account, and in the chat they replied that my withdrawal and my account were permanently blocked. The reason is completely unclear – sports abuse. I have no idea what that means, they did not provide any explanation and did not request anything, they just blocked my account and that’s it. This is a scam, I haven’t seen a worse bookmaker than this one, I shouldn’t have fallen for some website’s advertisement where they wrote that they have one of the best bonus systems. In reality, there are practically no bonuses and they are definitely worse than Stake. I demand to sort this out and explain the reason to me. And by the way, yesterday on Trustpilot I saw a review from November 4th where another person had the same problem; I don’t know how that ended, but in that review it was written that his withdrawal had been “under review” for 2 weeks.

For now the only person that has direct contact to them is their manager which Upgrade00 or you can as well reach out to holydarkness for assistance.
Although I don't know if he has direct contact with this project but just try your best to see if there would be any help from him.

Marketing is a bit different from customer service department in most cases so it's better to exhaust all the customer service avenues before we think about looking for the people who helped with marketing in the past

I was active about 2 weeks ago. If you have any challenges, sending them a PM, you can let us know here.
I just checked the profile you shared, there last post was around 20th October, and their last active was 28th October, which also has a very slim chance to be responded.
However, he can post on their ANN thread but there is no guaranteed that he case would be solved sooner or later, except someone that has direct contact with them.

But why didn't you consider the neutral trust feedback in his profile before joining the casino? holydark made it clear about his unprofessionalism. Also the ratings in trustpilot should warn you. It seems like you checked those profiles after you found yourself stuck with a pending withdrawal plus poor support. This is the commun mistake between the majority of thread starters in this board. Please share the website where did you see positive reviews about betbolt.

This casino was managed before by LM but they already part ways since Betbolt doesn’t pay the winners of their contest in the game and rounds board for a long time.

They settle already all the payment but it took them months or more before they do it after receiving a lot criticism from forum member.

No he is not supposed to be banned even after confirming his scam practices. The forum policy doesn't allow the administration to punish users based on their reputation. The forum policy only when someone breacks the forum rules which are all about posting requirements.
Community in the other hand can rise warnings about the credibility of a certain user or service by using the trust system. But never able to ban him or call for banning him if he didn't breack forum rules.

If you can't send him a pm, it might be because of his message settings set to not recieve messages from newbies. You can ask a higher rank user to send him your message.

Wait, really? I'm surprised that negative feedback or at least neutral feedback was not given when they won't pay the people who won in their contest. I wonder what reasoning they used to explain why it took them months before paying the contestant.

This casino was managed before by LM but they already part ways since Betbolt doesn’t pay the winners of their contest in the game and rounds board for a long time.

They settle already all the payment but it took them months or more before they do it after receiving a lot criticism from forum member.
Wait, really? I'm surprised that negative feedback or at least neutral feedback was not given when they won't pay the people who won in their contest. I wonder what reasoning they used to explain why it took them months before paying the contestant.

I can’t remember exactly if they received negative feedback before they paid all the contest winner. I think they get away with negative feedbacks since they are occasionally giving update to the manager and winners is being patient due to trust on the manager.

Gladly they honor the rewards distribution after the delays. It happened around June or July this year if I remember correctly.

I checked the profile who posted their ANN thread and A_betbolt's profile, and yeah, they didn't get negative feedback because of this issue.

Anyway, I guess betbolt's reputation isn't on the ground because of LM, since he communicated with betbolt's team and gave the contestants winners updates regarding the case being communicated to him by the betbolt's team.
