[Selling] KeyCustody.com domain name or 8% finder fee

I've had this domain for a couple of years now (7 years, since 2018). Now looking to sell.
It is registered at the domain registrar Dynadot.com.
It can be transferred for free to an account there or sent to a different registrar of your choice.
I prefer using an escrow service, such as escrow.com. We can split the escrow fees no problem.

Alternatively, if you see this and (verifiably) share with someone who ends up buying it, I will pay a 8% finder fee.
