As a 13 years old teenager, where did you get money from in order to fuel your addiction?

It seems odd someone of that age would have a constant flux of money to place bets in different gambling games in a frequent basis.

For me, cases of that nature don't sound an extreme issue. Parents just need to cut the income they provide to their children, besides punishing them accordingly, while educating them regards gambling's consequences.

If the teenager still want to engage on disfunctional behavior after that, I guess he is by himself and will inevitably have to face the consequences of his decisions, without holding parents accountable in anyways.

How Gambling affects teenager's
1. It can leads to drug addiction
That would be at a foul stage of gambling problems, any gambler who mingles with other kinds of addiction may not be sure of how they got to live with the condition. Compulsive gamers hardly coassociate with something that won't yield funds for gaming, they'll rather wager than to purchase substance with the money. The risk could only show up if a previous massive win came with waywardness, and misfortunes, which had the gamer out of abundance to do with drugs, thats a double trouble...

Absolutely, but nowadays it's very hard to control teenagers because they believe that they can take care of themselves both financially and others areas of their lives and with the way the world is now, teenagers are no longer thinking about the future, their education etc. All they think about now is just how to make money, even when you are trying to caution them or advice them that the world isn't the way they are seeing it yet they won't adhere to it rather they will do what it's in their mind.
So just as you have stated earlier, since they have been caution yet they still went ahead to do anything either illegal works just to get funds to satisfy their urge for gambling, whatever bad results that comes out they will be the one to pay for their consequences and not to hold their parents for their actions.

Guiding our teenagers is not easy. It needs different approachment to getting close to them. They will curious to many things so we must teach them what they can do and don't. We should cautious if they are doing something strange and try to communicate with them.

If they don't feel comfortable staying at home, that is a big question and needs to communicate. But we must talk to them as individuals and not as parents because sometimes they are hard to accept it. They want someone who can be close to them as a person and not as their parents.

We don't have to get mad if we know they gamble but we can talk to them about why they gamble. We can explain the risks and the danger of gambling. If we can tell them carefully and always be close to them, they will understand that we care to them.

How Gambling affects teenager's
1. It can leads to drug addiction
2. It cause reckless spending lifestyle
3. Lost of focus
4. Unstable and less relevance to family
5. Mental imbalance and lots more

1. It can leads to drug addiction

- Gambling is different from drugs, But an addicted kid in gambling can do everything to get money just to sustain the addiction which he or she can sell drugs to make money but not to use drugs.

2. It cause reckless spending lifestyle

-If they win then they can buy anything they want. anything they need. but this is not for a long time as winning is not everyday.

3. Lost of focus

- lost of focus in life as more of hteir hours will spend in playing, they are focus on winning.

4. Unstable and less relevance to family

- If the time will all spend in gambling then yes! this is the most possible among all. This depends on how addicted is one person.

5. Mental imbalance and lots more

- we are focus on winning and winning, losing  focus in other part of life. But there are some people very few,
Who are into casinos and gambling more often but can handle life. those are people who can sustain their habit.

How Gambling affects teenager's
1. It can leads to drug addiction

That is a bit of a stretch. It would take a whole lot of bad influence around the kid for him to end up addicted to drugs. I don’t think gambling leads to drugs necessarily. Unless he has friends he has met during gambling that introduced him to drugs. But it’s not a direct correlation.

It makes more sense if he was addicted to drugs THEN got addicted in gambling in that order. Because being addicted to drugs destroys your brain and the need to buy more drugs may lead you to risky money making activities like gambling.

Are these are a result of what happens to a child when their is a lack or improper parental control. Because a 13yra old child has absolutely nothing to do with gambling that such a younger age, when he or she is supposed to be in a school learning something meaningful or rather learning a skill e.g fashion or hair making. Because I'm 100% sure if their are strict parental control of kinds this days, and gambling shop appropriately punished if found a kind their placing a bet, next time they wouldn't allow kids near such environment.
