From its inception until now, Bitcoin has been a valuable asset. Many altcoins have even emerged, attempting to compete with it, but all have failed. From this we can conclude that Bitcoin cannot be compared to other coins. All coins want to emulate Bitcoin even innovating, but Bitcoin remains unwavering, remaining the number one asset and a valuable asset in the long term.

I highly agree but I think it is still efficient to take a step at a time, this way we can see how the market shifts and act accordingly.  We always have a buffer on everything we do especially in investment.  We can take it agressively but it should still be on the boundary of controlled risk.  This way, when things go out of hand, we can always fall back to the back up plan.

People to plan to hold alternative currencies in the long term do so because they feel they have lost the train to get on board on Bitcoin and they need to catch the next big thing in order to become financially independent in the near future. I have seen myself those people on reddit and other social media. They call Bitcoin to be an obsolete coin, which is too expensive or too slot to move on chain, so they jump onto different projects hoping for that project to be the next Bitcoin and attract all the liquidity of the market.

Fortunately for us and for the majority of investors, Bitcoin will continue to reign the market in the future, as it continues to be the true decentralized and open source asset which is worth all the billions invested in it.

We obviously can’t utilize every second, you certainly wouldn’t have the money for it neither would you be investing what you can afford to lose at that time. No one has that kind of money and your mind just wouldn’t be at peace with your investment.

However, it is the opportunities you take that truly counts. In as much as you capitalize on the price in making those buy ins and buying when you have just about enough funds to invest with, that would be fine.

Short-term, memecoins may be good for making profits, especially if one knows the movement of the market, but we cannot hold them, or else it will be chaos in our investment strategy. It's a trading tool and must be used as it is because there's no way a memecoin will make its way to the top and be on the trend a lot of times, like Bitcoin does.
I did that to Shiba Inu and sold it without even thinking twice when the hype was still going on. I made some money and then walked away. Never fall in love with them. It's not Bitcoin.

There are categories under cryptocurrencies and each category has a timeframe. They say that memecoins have a timeframe of only minutes or hours. Basically meaning it trends for only that timeframe and that’s when you should trade. But Layer 1s may have days for its timeframe allowing you more flexibility.

But bitcoin’s trends can last for weeks or months which is why HODLing should really only apply to bitcoin. Stop deluding yourself into thinking holding memecoins are a good choice. Bitcoin is slow but safe and other coins or tokens are fast-paced and riskier. Don’t apply bitcoin-specific strategies on others.

Bitcoin is fundamentally different from other crypto currencies, as far as I'm concerned some of them were designed to mimic bitcoin but there are not really doing very good in that regards, most have unprecedented liquidation rates that trying to hold them can be considered unwise, even their trading windows are very narrow making it difficult to actually generate good profit from them except for the lucky few who are able to make profit, the better option would be to hold bitcoin, it's better safe than sorry.

A lot of people mix Bitcoin together with the rest of the crypto market, but the fact is that they are not on the same level at all..  Most altcoins behave more like high risk experiments, they can pump fast, but they can also crash without warning, and holding them long term is usually not wise.

Bitcoin, on the other hand, has a completely different foundation, history, and level of security. It was not created to mimic anything, and it has already proven itself over time. That is why it is the safest thing to hold in the entire crypto space.

It is surely going to be the case most of the time because there were cryptocurrency in the market  that doesnt have some kind of utility it surely wasnt going to have the same thing with Bitcoin, with different utility you cant really expect for it to have same results because its a different thing even though it might be possible to be a success.

Most of the people are expecting way too much for the meme tokens that is why a lot of traders are encourage to invest, because they think that it is going to have similar success with Bitcoin. But you can't expect that for sure, The risk is also way different and we can't expect same results.
