I learned my lesson the hard way, and now I know that forcing it will lead to more losses. There are times when we cannot just use our deep wallet to chase our losses. Anything we do will just lead to more losses, so it's best if we could halt and just take the rest.

I've come to understand that losing and winning are part of gambling; it's not something that just comes unexpectedly. You have to expect it, so I accept it and move on, telling myself that next time could be my lucky day.

Chasing losses isn't advised but there might be a chance of getting back the money you have lost even though the risks are very high but time is something that you cannot get back. That's why it's the most valuable thing we have. In terms of handling the issue of loss, the only solution is to stop gambling. At the time of loss, one should try to convince himself that he should stop gambling now. Because if at that time he cannot control himself and continues gambling, then in that case he will fall into more depression and may have a lot of losses. I think chasing losses has been a common problem from the past until now because it basically involves a gambler's mentality that will always chase it.

First is to accept every losses and move on.

Too bad that most gamblers harbor over expectations when gambling, losses are part of the game and it happens more frequent than wins. Yes gamblers pass through alot sometimes trying to figure out why they face losses, but the idea of doubling your stakes is a crazy one, how can you be passing through a time of loss and you decide to double stake? Lol
