For me simple when my money runs out for gambling, I stop. I don’t force anything and just sit there thinking.
What else can I do? I don’t have anything left to gamble. I just distract myself by playing online games, browsing social media, or focusing on other things.
Because if you keep trying to chase your losses, that’s when you fall deeper. That’s also when people start calling you a gambling addict, someone who even borrows money just to gamble. I’ve done that once before, but I won’t ever do it again.

When I lose at gambling, I don't chase after that loss. When I lose at gambling, I take a break and forget about that loss and one of the reasons behind forgetting is that I don't spend a lot of money on gambling. I spend small amounts of money on gambling so that I can forget the regret of my loss very quickly. When I lose at gambling, I can even take a break for a few days because I don't go back to gambling until I feel normal enough. This is how I deal with my losses in gambling. And all this has been possible because I take gambling as a form of entertainment.

It is not bad to keep trying when failing at something, and this is majorly because failure is not permanent, especially in gambling, you maybe losing this minute and then if you keep going, you may start winning the next couple of minutes, I am not guessing this, this is some thing I have experienced myself on multiple occasions..
So, just the way you are winning this moment and then moments later, you are losing, this is exactly how initially losing also happens, but then, gamblers have to know when to draw the line incase of over losing, this is loses that have gone beyond normal..

And this is where the talks about limit coming into play, setting an amout of money you know you can afford to lose, and if luck is not on your side and you end up losing this amount, what I will do is simply take it it's not my lucky day and simply move on, there is absolutely no need making a new deposit outside what I've initially budgeted for the game in other to chase after loses, this is the wrong way to gamble.

Yes when losing streak hits me, I take a pause, I keep away from gambling for days or weeks just to refresh myself.  It is not good to gamble with chasing profit in mind and without free funds, so I prefer to take a pause on my gambling activity until I have refreshed my funds and let go of the previous losses.

I am not bitter when I lose. So, I don't waste my time grieving that I have lost today and I am trying to chase my losses. I have understood that it is going to cost me time and money for doing that. That's why if we pause at that moment, trying to consider the situation if it's worth it to take it, you shouldn't pursue chasing losses. Don't push yourselves harder as that will make you bitter and waste your effort for doing it. And you'll realize in the end that you have got a lot of resources that have been put into void because of your mistake and bad decision.

Any time i experience so many failed bets, i stopped immediately because thats a bad day and i never chase more winning again, i was doing lots of chasing bets before until i realized that i ruined my day trying to recover my losses, and i never win chasing it anyday.

Taking a break is what I do when I accept defeat. This calms my mind. When I'm ready to return, I'll make another deposit, hoping to recoup my initial losses, but with the consideration that I'm prepared to lose that money again because I'm not certain I'll win the second game. Double down? That's a recipe for financial ruin. I've been there before. Enough was enough. It took me years to deal with the consequences. I have no desire to repeat that scenario.
