Would you mind sharing screenshots(as evidence) of the conversation you've had with their support, where they said "they've paid me out too much already and they're not going to pay me any more"? They've had a lot of complaints about gamblers getting paid properly, but telling someone they won't pay them anymore because they've paid them too much already is something new.
Plus, if that is true and this conversation took place this might deserve a flag also (depending upon the gameplay of the OP). OP provide your gameplay history also along with conversation's SS.
