IN BC my withdrawal marked successful buy payment not received

Hi my account under bc game is under the
User id 64839985
16th November 2025 I made withdrawal of 15004 INR and it was marked successful after sometime by BC Game but i didn't receive the withdrawal.  I contacted the bc game support and raised a complaint about the same under complaint ticket id 9455371.
I contacted them continuously after that but they are giving me auto replies and have not resolved my issue yet.
gave them account statement too but not helping.

Since you requested cashout today only, I suggest you to wait for at least 48 hrs. more. During weekends their payment merchants might be unavailable or this might be a problem form your bank's end. It is too early to postulate anything.
And one more thing, please use crypto, it is easier to track and almost instant, no need to rely upon third party to confirm anything.

My fiat contact suggest to wait 72 hours before escalating to them. So OP, adroidanky, please mention me [it'll bring your topic to my attention, suppose this thread fell off my mind] if it's not resolved by 19th November.

And regarding the use of crypto, if I understand the situation in India correctly, their govt. put a heavy tax for crypto transaction, in hope to suppress crypto, so INR fiat is much preferred by Indian players. Bitcoin Smith?

Crypto transactions are not taxed, only the capital gains applies in India but there is 1% TDS which applies to the whole trade amount but it only applies while buying and selling not necessarily while transacting.

Just like crypto, gambling winnings are also taxed heavily which is around 30% if I am not wrong so there is no real difference here between using crypto or fiat except that 1% TDS which also can be claimed at the end time of Income tax payment but in India the number of people who pay IT is so less and Indian government tracking crypto trades and hammering with tax notices which is one of the primary reason they prefer INR. Since even if they fail to report, it is unlikely they will be receiving any notices as long as they keep their hands out of crypto.
