455 AVAX - Frozen ORDER - Pegasus Swap

What happened:: My AVAX to XMR order has been frozen on Pegasus Swap since October 9, 2025, at 09:35. There has been no update since then. I reported the issue to kycnot.me, and although they initially denied the order publicly, they later acknowledged it after I contacted them via live chat. About a week ago, they said they would update their comment on kycnot.me, but they still haven’t done so. At this point, I suspect this might be a scam. I’ve provided them with all the required information SOF and details, yet my order remains frozen for nearly a month, and I’ve already lost money.

OP, this was from the Pegasus Swap team member about 9 hours ago, probably shortly after you made this scam accusation

We have been contacted by the user and found the needed information, we are now actively working on this case. We would kindly ask the user to contact us either on telegram or simplex so we can keep in touch because now we don’t have any way of direct contact.

Please try to establish contact with them again to have your issue resolved, though I must say that their support really don't perform well on this one.
