Anyone having issues with accessing the casino?

Just checked back after my last login a month ago and I found something interesting in the VIP Transfer program FAQ page.

Have you just added this recently? I've done the VIP transfer program on October but there was no offer for me to choose one of the mission to complete. I am not complaining, just asking when you added this "VIP Mission" as one of the benefits for those who apply the VIP Transfer program. If it was already there since the first day, why I did not get the offer? Any other specific requirement to be offered the VIP Mission?

Your announcement thread is good and I visit your casino and it load smart but the home page design is not attractive and that is not withstanding what matter is the legitness of the website or the casino. When I checked the casino in casino review sites, and it was not favorable when I see the reviews in Trustpilot. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cybbet.com. though Trustpilot is not trusted because they have compromised their reviews still it is not favourable to see those negative reviews there.

Is it me or it's just one negative review I see there?

My complaint is I tried to load the casino, and it's 5 minutes now, the page hasn't loaded yet other websites are loading Okay.

I just found out that their casino only accepts 9 payment methods, and it seems that not all of them are acceptable when conducting transactions, especially with crypto asset payment options, if I’m not mistaken.

And they only have 14 game providers, which I think is fine. Though if you make a deposit of $20 or more, they seem to have a fixed welcome bonus of 50 free spins,
which is equivalent to $5, with a 35x wagering requirement.

Thanks for the answer which make it clear now why I did not receive the offer because the VIP program got an update after I applied and accepted for the VIP transfer program. If I knew this earlier then I would wait for the update for my application lol, but it is already late now as I have done it but it will be nice if you can offer this milestone mission for those who have applied the VIP Transfer program before the update. I am not begging obviously, but I think most users who have done the VIP transfer program before the update will be a bit disappointed because they did not receive anything except the equal level.

BC.Game already has TON, and it’s one of the most popular casinos here, so I’m pretty sure others support it too.

Not sure if the OP will be active anytime soon since his last activity was Dec 8. If you really want TON to be added, better try messaging support directly for a faster answer, then just update the thread once you get a response.

It has been explained that Cybet has just been launched and they have limited payment options, so they need more time to be able to launch other payment methods that can accommodate various user needs. So let's just be patient to wait for the next update from Cybet, something good will definitely come.

Casinos are calculative when adding coins they support. Since they are not like exchanges, do not expect them to add every other popular coin that comes out. I have learned to live with that. I do have some very old casinos that I use, but they do not have support for most of the popular (trending) coins right now.

I just checked their twitter (X) account, and indeed it looks new. They have few followers and haven’t posted anything there. They created it about five months ago, so we can’t really say it’s totally new. The same applies to their telegram channel, they post there from time to time but they are not very active!
If they want to attract new customers then they need to be more active on their social media pages. Just a friendly advice!.

In this forum as well because the competition is getting tougher from time to time so being more active will be better for them. As I just noticed, the OP last online was a week ago which is not that good for a casino that can be considered as new in this community. Having like a daily update/bump on their own ANN thread is better. Good thing is that they are running signature campaign, some participants may bump this ANN thread regularly, if they dont have a running campaign, I think this ANN thread will be lack of activity.
