This is frustrating, as I have  placed a withdraw request after some time shows successful in bc but I have not received them in my bank account. Withdraw has been placed a week ago.

Have you contacted their support about this? If you did, what did they say? Anyway, I feel like this is connected to the INR deposit crediting issues other gamblers from India are experiencing. @holydarkness would probably help you with this.

Desis, Can you please stop using INR anymore on crypto casinos? The numbers of cases we are seeing is on the rise for the last couple of months and resolving it may take weeks. If you need an alternative try using USDT or other stable coins if you feel like you need to pay extra 10% than the market price to buy bitcoin.

My support system is not working I contacted other players here in India they also have same interface..our support system has only ai chat bot,
Some say that deu to increased no of players  in India they replaced it with ai chat system.
And God knows better

According to my contact, ticket id 9446288 [yours] should be successful, they've confirmed it with their merchant. They ask me to tell  you that if you still hasn’t received them, create a new ticket and provide the required documents, so that the inquiry can be relayed and the process re-did with the merchant.

Noted about no option for resubmission and that second withdrawal hasn't received yet. I'll escalate to my contact about the first one for an instruction of how to resubmit, and get them to inquire for the second.

Before you create a thread against them, you should have contact the support team and complain to them what you are experiencing from their platform a after you made a withdrawal, and listen to the response that will come from them, because sometimes support team gives a solution that solve a problem

Secondly, Did you go against their rules and regulations, because if you goes against their rules, your withdrawal won't be successful, so contacting support team they will figure out what was the problem.
