There are so many allegations against bc. They should work on it , the support system is all AI. And here only the one man holydarkness(legend) is handling all cases, no other support system is active. So it takes too long for a case to get resolved.

All the allegations against BC is due to fiat deposit and withdrawal which means on the bank side not their casino.

Peeps should use crypto instead of fiat if you want to avoid this problem. I’m using BC recently without any problem encountered by using both crypto and fiat.

But agree that they should be more active on answering problem here from their official representative because this is their job. We are just lucky to have holy here.

That we do, and did, and done. Old school with me manually relaying your info to my fiat contact.

The files has been sent and read by my conntact and they're now in the middle of sorting it out. So, I've help you as far as I can, and perhaps you can ask God to make the process faster. Because the speed of issue being resolved is completely out of my power.

Hi, yeah, no. The problem is with the contact "themselves". My contact on that department is on leave and they can't help me with the issues I raise before their leave as it is fiat related and they will need to be in-office to handle the situation.

Me and other contact are currently trying to remedy the situation by assigning a "spare" fiat contact to me. Please hold.
