Did you even know what does FUD mean?

If Bitcoin price continue to decline, it's not FUD because that was what happen to Bitcoin every 4 years, it will break new ATH, down more than 50% and then recover overtime. I don't see any FUD at all at the present, probably only about OP_return, but I don't see this being discussed a lot in crypto news while I think it's important.

It’s not like this is the first time we’ve seen something like this. We’ve seen way worse before, and only the newbies are the ones overreacting now.

I get why some people are uncomfortable with the current market, but the FUD will keep going as long as they keep panicking. And you already know what happens… whales start accumulating Bitcoin at cheap prices, and eventually things go back to normal.

Honestly, whether Bitcoin hits $100k again or not before the year ends doesn’t really matter. Next year still has a lot of time for recovery. I actually see this move as something positive, an opportunity to accumulate more.

Let’s be honest, that crash was long overdue. Bitcoin has been making new ATH’s since last year without any corrections and lots of people missed their chances to get in from the pre bullrun prices. Those people have been begging for a deep correction and they are probably going to get it. It already crashes something like what, 30%? That’s a good bargain but when the bears take over btc might go as low as 80% from its last ATH price. In the past btc followed that script many tikes and whenever it did that, weak hands left their positions in the worst possible time and whales entered the game to make a killing in the next bull run. So I say let it fall. The lower the better. The come back will be so brutal, people who didn’t buy during the dip will be sorry af. You can also do DCA to protect yourself from any of that. If buy your coins weekly or monthly, low prices become a gift, not a punishment.

A correction is a part of bitcoin's journey so it's expected to happen every now and then, this one took long enough but it's here now and people who know bitcoin know that this isn't permanent, the issue here is that the human mind always looks for things to be afraid of and the idea of a crash isn't something people like very much especially for those for are into bitcoin for the quick profit, for them this price decline isn't a market favourable situation and they are already counting their losses but long term investor are strong enough to keep holding, not all of them though.

On chain transactions can be used to make people in the market panic and shake their bitcoins out but if you understand it, you can take advantage of market dips for buying cheap bitcoins. The market is like this, and whether you can take advantage of dips, it's depend on you personally from knowledge to practice.

Dips, if you can buy bitcoins with dips, you will have very good accumulation that brings better profit for your investment portfolio.
Dips are great for your dollar cost averaging practice too.

What's wrong with selling BTC now and buying at a lower price in the future? HODLing isn't the only option. I know that the "bears" on the market contribute to the price decline, but we shouldn't blame them for this. Every trader on the market acts with the only goal of maximizing his profits. We have to embrace the downs as much as we embrace the ups.

I'm sure that OP knows what FUD means. The level of Fear Uncertainty and Doubt grows in times of a declining market, which is pretty much
what I have expected. The discussion about OP_return has little to do with the FUD, because OP_return has little to no impact over the current Bitcoin price decline.

Point of correct OP not everyone is panicking, only weak hands panic during times like this, guess you didn't notice that big players are busy staking up so if everyone is panicking like you said I don't think those big players would see any reason to buy but dump it. Anyone that understands what's going on currently won't be scared of the dip since it's a big opportunity that cones with it's own advantage, from my understanding the market is undergoing serious corrections and it would pump again in due time.
 Well your advise is very valid especially for those weak hands who feel this dip could be the end of Bitcoin but "NO" it's nothing close to that and the best is yet to come, this is not the first time Bitcoin is dumping just that people don't that their time to understand it or even trace back to history to get a clear understanding of how Bitcoin operates but they'll learn with time.

People are just expecting more, and some might have lost the chance to cash out earlier.

While the storm of correction is real, and as the OP's post title suggests, preparing for it when it comes makes perfect sense if we relate it to current market performance, which is currently in a period of decline or correction.

I agree with this strategy both generally and personally, and it's another way for us to follow the current price movement while continuing to accumulate it.

If you really want to invest in altcoins, make sure you allocate capital that you can afford the risk. Otherwise, our mental and psychological well-being will be at odds with the reality that a market decline will lead to losses, not profits. As for the prospects themselves, we also need to examine them in detail, not just guesswork; I think it's more realistic.

That's right, business as usual. Anyone who gets involved in Bitcoin and can't handle these drops doesn't know what they're getting themselves into. This year, a much higher price was expected, but the same thing happened during previous declines. At the end of 2017, it seemed that the price was going to keep skyrocketing, but at the beginning of 2018, it began to fall. Nothing new here.

Because we haven't seen what most of us wanted to, a new all time high of at least $150k. So they are scared of this dip as we thought that the bull market is still here. But when we did go down below $100k, it finally dawn at them that the price will not hit what they expected.

Yes, you are right, there's no such thing as parabolic rise in Bitcoin market, sooner or later a retracement will have to happen. However, this retracement might go down as full bear season if we are going to compare it with the last cycle cycle.

But if we are looking for the bigger picture then definitely, instead of panic, why not take advantage to start accumulating again?
