To be able to invest in bitcoin and for those who also trade it you will still need money to start with depending on how much you want to start with then it could be alot, bitcoin trading involves too much risk but for bitcoin investment on the long term profits don't come quickly so anyone doing it will definitely need a means to get money for them to be able to sustain themselves until their investment starts generating good profit and that takes time to achieve, so yes a bitcoin investor also needs a different source of income to keep their daily life running.

You live your own life, good or bad, it's your individual life so let's ignore nosie and anything around you by the others. Focus on your own learning and working for money, then if you have solid income, you can use your discretionary income for investment in bitcoin and build up your personal wealth. It's better for your life safety if you keep your investment practice in Bitcoin privately.

If you invest money in bitcoin, with monetary source from your discretionary income, that's good but it's important to keep secret about your investment. If you let other people knowing about your investment, you can be a target of Bitcoin physical attacks.

There is always a saying "work smart don't work hard". No one likes stress so why hit the street and discomfort yourself when you can comfortably work from home. Yes I know that in Africa when you don't go out daily to work you're tagged to a lazy person or tagged as fraudster if you are doing well for yourself and you're not seen going to work.

Bitcoin investment and trading is not supposed to be seen as a real job, it's even more enjoyable when you have a job but the lack of employment opportunities has made some African to see it as their job. Online jobs offers more pays when compared to most work you do that's why the youths prefer to be lazy as people see it.

Bitcoin is major means of survival? This is not correct.

Online jobs does not also means that you are lazy. Just like other jobs, they can very stressful than what many people think.

I don't accept this, Nigeria consists of people who easily misjudged others simply because of their own position or situation, for many of them, staying at home means you are jobless or useless and if something is coming out of your jobless life then you are a fraudster.

I can remember when I first got a car thanks to the ICO days when it was still very easy to make money from altcoins many people can't stand that I bought a car, some rumours started to spread that I am a fraudster, because it is the only way that I can get money for such daring car.

Jealousy is one of the biggest reasons why people in this country will label you straight away as a fraudster, this is the only way they can be at peace with their own mind since they can't do the same thing you do.

Some fraudsters are noticeable because of how they dress and try to make noise about their life style, but also forget that there are some fraudsters that choose silence and always alone but indoor all around the clock too, the difference between someone who scam for a living and someone who trade for a living isn't that much because they both stays indoor.

Maybe in Africa or some other countries people think like that. That if you stay home all day, you are lazy and jobless. However in North America, especially after Covid many people worked from home. Especially people with white collar jobs. Thanks to Zoom and Microsoft teams many businesses operated that way because it enabled people to conduct large meetings virtually and it replaced the office.

That is at least is the norm here, I don't know how it is in Europe or Asian countries. But if you go back 20-30 years before computers, then unless you were a stay at home mother, you couldn't really work from home. Perhaps if you did work over the telephone but I think those jobs were rare, most had to drive to work somewhere.

I prefer doing both because that gives me more income sources. I don't care what other people say about me. They don't give me money or even food but I'm working on that by myself. I don't rely on them to fills my daily needs but I earn money and meet my daily needs.

This is more of a personal choice, some prefer to work and hustle because it has been part of what they are built for, while some only appreciate working online and remotely, however, we should understand that getting wealth is not by how we apply pressure in what we do, but how our head function in bringing ideas that are solution to current challenges being faced by people.

Either way you need to have funds right? and you need a job to get the funds for trading or investing in it.. so this isn’t about just magically producing money for investment or trading (very risky).

Remote jobs actually give the flexibility to work from anywhere online, you can decide a location for yourself, you can decide to stay indoor all through but you still have to hunt for it just like you would for a physical job (typically a form of employment) and that doesn’t mean you can’t still get a physical job that will pay BTC (it’s not just common and almost impossible to find in your region).

What I’m trying to pass is that Bitcoin investment or trading isn’t a job.. some do think trading is some sort of job (maybe) but it’s not (most actually use investors as leverage).. either ways you need a job to get started with both or any out of the two.

Do we see opportunities that would make things a bit easier for us and then throw them away? With bitcoin investment, you can choose to retire your self and your family in a couple of years depending on how profitable you have become over the years. But that doesn't mean you should cut out from every other opportunity there is to make money. You must be smart enough to have a good source of income to enable you continue accumulating bitcoins during dips. It's a good way for you to survive the market in times of dips and when the bulls finally returns, you will be able to make good ROI from your investment..

However, I am making extra income with the side hustles, you know those online earning websites / survey sites. Most of the websites these days got Bitcoin or Litecoin as mode of payment. So I just withdraw my money with it.

It not much but it is huge over the period of 4-5 years and I am happy about it.

So in short I dont really choose any single option but both of them equally important to me.

It is important to emphasize this point that Bitcoin in itself is not a job, it is a decentralized digital currency and it is also a store of value if you hold for a long term. To hold Bitcoin as investment or to use it for trading you need to have money and to get money you need a job, without a source of income you cannot succeed in Bitcoin investment and trading. Bitcoin earnings should be alternative source of income, you cannot rely on it for everyday survival because it a volatile asset. I don't understand what you mean by Bitcoin is a job and it's contributing to the laziness of many youths. For you to invest in Bitcoin, does it mean that you can not get a job you can do that will be giving you money? Investing is not a job and can not be giving you daily or weekly return like most jobs that are ready to pay you daily, weekly or monthly.
Those that think of your being lazy because you are always staying indoors without doing anything are not wrong until you tell them what you are doing for them to understand you clearly without assuming you are the opposite of whom you are.
