Good day everyone reading this post. I'm writing this thread to appeal for my banned account, my kliss account has been banned for over 1 year and some months now.

My main kliss account was banned from the from because I was using AI to post.

I have been on the forum since July 13, 2023 and I have been contributing to the forum as well that's why I got the little merits on my kliss account

I'm writing to inform the forum that if my account is unbanned (hopefully) that I will do better this time by not posting with an AI.

Remain reason I had to use AI the other time was because I was to lazy to post. But right now I'm no longer lazy. I'm ready to be do better this time if the forum can give me a second chance. Sometimes I even forget to post the source I got my information after making my research.

At least this time I have learned a lot and I'm still open to learn more. As I will not make the same mistakes I have made early

1. Why didn't you heed the warnings at the very fast time and decided to change your posting behavior if indeed you had genuine intentions here?
2. Why now? Why didn't you appeal your ban back then?

He isn't really lying. He's just not disclosing all his rule violations.

I am talking specifically about the reason for the ban. He claims that his account was banned for using AI in his posts, but I highly doubt that he was banned for that reason. To be honest, I have yet to meet a user who was banned specifically for using AI in their posts.

The reports I usually see are for plagiarism and AI posts. No one is ever banned for AI posts. Usually, if someone posts AI, they are tagged but getting banned is different. He was banned based on a report of plagiarism.

But if he had understood, maybe he would have appealed the ban immediately and discussed the issue. It makes sense to discuss it after so long.

All I see is 3 more shitposts. I don't think you qualify for this:

If you think that a ban should be ended, make your case in a new topic from a "good for the forum as a whole" perspective.

In your case, "bad for the forum as a whole" fits better.

1, I didn't set my notifier and I wasn't checking my messages too that is why I didn't notice the warning until I was ban.

2, I got tired of the whole thing and don't even know where to start from, so recently I make research before I know that I can appeal for my banned account, that's why I had to appeal now.

The both of you are right. I got ban for plagiarised. But at same time I was still using AI to post.

Yes I was using both AI to post and same time plagiarizing.

I was curious why I was receiving notifications for this post, because I hadn't replied here, didn't see it on my updated list and then completely forgot about it, till I received another notification. I reported you for AI, but you were also copying other people's work and never disclosed it. Even now, that you're trying to appeal, you're not being clear on why you were banned. Perhaps you'd deserve a second chance if you were initially truthful and didn't still try to persuade us into believing the three posts you quoted are actually contributing. It's also been a year since you were banned, I'm having a hard time believing that you didn't go ahead and create a new account, or perhaps your other accounts ended up banned as well. I'm not quite sure if you're worth the trouble of being unbanned, but even if you aren't, you now know the drill.

Now I have know what to do and what I can't do, I'm ready to make a change. No more plagiarism or AI content anymore. A second chance is what I ask. Maybe after the unban the forum can keep close watch on the account if I will ever violate the forum rules anymore

I don't think you are being honest. Trust feedback does not need any notifier. Since it was a neutral tag from a DT member, you would have noticed or seen it with in a few hours or days of logging in.

Also, the excuse you give for using AI, stating that you were lazy does not make sense. If you are lazy, then it's better to log out and get back when you are rejuvenated. It's not like you were being forced to post every other time in the forum.
